  Lived here for 3 years, and management is the best it's been in awhile. I see these other reviews on here and wonder what experience these people are having, because it sure hasn't been mine! Sure, there was a few rough patches here and there with staff changes, but the new manager Gabriel and the team have been extremely helpful, and have really turned things around.

  Lived here for 1 year. Management sold the unit we paid to apply to out from under us. They put double and fraudulent charges with no description or explanation on top of your rent. They put us in another unit that they said was GOLD renovated at an extra 100 a month that would have granite counters..... Not only had it not been renovated, but we had no granite counters, water leaks staining roof in upstairs bedroom when it rains, hot water lasts 15mins max then gets super cold, ants and spiders everywhere.. upstairs under carpet, in bedroom and kitchen under countertops, tub surfacing peeled and bubbled up since day 1, no protective molding around any tile so tiles are chipping.... all fans wobbled so bad they clicked so loud no one could sleep and threw lightbulbs out of sockets shattering around my dogs!! Base board to ceiling paint overlaps IN EVERY ROOM (ive seen kids finger paint better than our unit was painted) and broken dry wall where it meets the staircase, the carpet was old and stunk like death, chipped grout around the fireplace, baseboard damage from previous tenents, dents in all the doors, fridge and walls, the gate outdoors attached to our building was slammed the whole year making our dogs go crazy EVERY DAY.... of course on our last month here they fix and replace the gate....no premove in walk through as they couldnt unlock the doors... hmm.... and upon move in, the pre move in maintainence checklist was left on the counter completely blank (and it was obvious as to why, nothing was done). All for 100 dollars more a month!! The management will lie to your face and promise to fix all this, but never once showed up. At the end of our time here one maintence guy showed up to fix the wobbly fans and didnt even balance it he just twisted the fan.... still wobbled. Everything was recorded and documented the first couple weeks of being here. EVERYTHING. Now management said we cant renew lease till we get new rates, another lie, GABE waited till our last month to tell us we cant renew and left us no time to find a new place to live. Gabe is a spinless baby manchild of a manager who lies with a smile and does nothing to keep his word. They have tons of reviews like this but I didnt heed them, I hope YOU do! Stay away, RUN away as you will be miserable here! Its rundown mesa style apartments and townhomes at scottsdale prices!

  Unfortunately have to change our review. We waited all day for them to arrive to do a "semi-annual inspection, and I left for a short time to pick my son up at school. We were home the rest of the day, waited all afternoon, no one came. Today we got a notice again, with threats. Um, we were here, you did not come, or contact via phone/email that day. Bad enough there was zero communication (and no one answering the phone), but when you do communicate it's done poorly. I work from home and I am here every day, you could have come any other day this week, the only time I am gone is when doing school drop off/pick up, and my older son who homeschools is here alone (and you won't come when he is here, even though he is 16). Horrible way to treat a resident.
