  Lived at Scottsdale 59 for 2½ years and it's been a wonderful experience they have treated us very well. The main reason I give them 5 stars is because of the exceptional communication between management and the residents. Any time there is any issue going on in the community, they will send an email and be very transparent and keep the residents in the loop. I've never lived at an apartment complex that will do this, and no apartment complex I've lived at has been perfect, but Scottsdale 59 does come close. The price range is reasonable considering it's located in the middle of everything around the valley. Some nice amenities within the community are the pool/lounge area which is probably the best I've seen within the valley area. Very clean and safe area to live in as you are close to luxury areas such as arcadia east and Scottsdale. 24/7 gym is good, has everything you need. The management organizes events within the community, whether it be taco trucks, wine n dines, yoga sessions, 4th of July pool party with drinks, office giveaways for rent reductions. Scottsdale 59 was a perfect fit for us, thank you!

  If you are considering living here I’d think twice. Maintenance issues are repeatedly left unresolved despite multiple requests. My apartment currently has a dryer that burns when used, rotting wood on the balcony/outside, a bathtub that is peeling up, and a ceiling that is bubbling and peeling. My AC is also extremely loud and needs to be inspected. I have been dealing with these issues for months with countless maintenance requests made plus calling in attempt to get these issues resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that management is very quick to pursue residents when they want something, but that same urgency does not seem to apply when residents need repairs. These aren't minor cosmetic issues. Some are legitimate safety and property-condition concerns, and I should not have to repeatedly chase management to get basic maintenance addressed. If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend asking how quickly maintenance issues are actually handled before signing a lease.

  Even though the complex is older it is well maintained inside and out the grounds are very nice and the pool area is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though it is on a busy street it is very quiet. If there is something broken they are quick to get it repaired. The update with emails which is very helpful. They have regular gatherings if you want to socialize.

  terrible place. ac and water are never working properly so the ac is always out because it’s on an old boiler system. even keeping it on 24/7 it’s still not strong enough and it’s always hot mid day. definitely leaving once my lease is up.

  I walked into the office and everyone greeted me and the energy was so refreshing !Isaac Carlson, help me and took me right in. I was here for a few hours,he showed me around and 247hour pool 24/7workout room mail room everything was locks and easy code access for residents dog park covered parking easy access to old town close to my job thank you again Isaac and the front office for helping me you guys were absolutely amazing. What a great team.Miss Lozano
