Horrible experience living here. Management is not helpful at all, especially with repairs we’ve had to do. My ceiling leaked after a horrible storm and nothing was fixed to do anything about it. The parking is horrible with my car being backed into. Nobody is ever on the same page and it just makes an uncomfortable living experience overall. I am scared for the move out with all the horrible reviews I have seen.

don’t rent from here. i regret moving to this apartment every day. i decided not to renew within the first month. every month our water gets turned off for “repairs”. maintenance will mark a service request completed without coming to the apartment and forgetting to finish. when they do come they’re rude. the people in the front desk are quite useless. if you leave MULTIPLE complaints about the same problem nothing gets done. i pay for parking and get trapped at least twice a week and have to get whoever is working or dropping off packages to move.
DO NOT RENT HERE.

I can’t leave a review based on having lived here… however, today I received a phone call from my daughter’s phone. It was not my daughter, it was their leasing agent, Cassidy. Their maintenance worker had found my daughter’s purse and phone in an empty parking space in the parking lot. Because her phone was locked, Cassidy used Siri to “call mom”. This was the most alarming phone call I have ever received in my life, and yet, Cassidy was the most incredibly helpful person throughout this whole ordeal. I don’t have my daughters friends or roommates phone numbers - Cassidy used Siri to call them and connect me with them. These are not things you expect someone to go out of their way to do for you, but Cassidy did. It was only about 30 minutes before I finally was able to connect with my daughter, however, my daughter had no clue where her purse or phone were and probably wouldn’t have found it had this maintenance worker turned it in and especially if Cassidy had not gone out of her way to contact me. I am so incredibly grateful to both of them. Even though I don’t know anything about living here, I can imagine they go out of their way for their tenants and their belongings as well. HUGE THANK YOU to both of these incredible people. Cassidy sounds like an incredible employee I would hold on to! (I truly can’t thank her enough ❤️)

I would not recommend living here.
During my lease our dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher all broke at the same time and took several days to replace. The washer was also down for five days, and we lost hundreds of dollars in spoiled food because of the broken refrigerator.
The worst issue was that our upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment with sewage water 3 times. After maintenance fixed the plumbing, management expected us to clean up the contaminated water ourselves. Some of our kitchen appliances were damaged and bathroom rugs had to be thrown out. Management offered carpet cleaning but they never followed through despite multiple reminders.
Security has also been a HUGE problem. Cars have been broken into, and rocks were thrown at vehicles, causing windshield damage. Management's response was essentially that there was nothing they could do and suggested residents find their own security solutions.
On top of that, amenities were closed for months while fees increased. Throughout all of these issues, calls and emails were frequently ignored, and management rarely took accountability or followed through on promises.
Overall, the lack of communication, repeated maintenance issues, and poor handling of serious resident concerns made this a very disappointing place to live.
Ps: San Marin charges $20 PER CAR to have a vehicle on site (does not offer 1 free space), and has people’s cars towed if they go over the compact parking line (even if the car next to you is over the line as well). My roommate’s car has been towed even though she was in the parking space lines and the front office covered towing but made her go pick up the car from the lot a day later making her miss work.
Response:
I see you are AGAIN not taking any accountability for your lack of assistance with the issues we have had. The fact that you have blandly lied and said that you have reached out to us multiple times for the voucher is absolutely unprofessional. Please provide the instances where you have attempted to reach out to us regarding the carpet cleaning. Furthermore, the sewage flood was reported to the emergency line on 2 occasions because the water was actively leaking and your maintenance team was dispatched out. I have attached pictures of the water leaking into our bathrooms. So please go ahead and continue to deny that this had happened when we have physical evidence. Also, the washer was not fixed for 5 days after the original ticket was submitted. I have also attached pictures he’d screenshots of this ticket lingering as well. Your lack of professionalism and accommodations for your tenants that are supposed to be living in a “luxury” complex is unacceptable.
