  San Marin is a fantastic place to live. I moved here back in December and it has been a great experience. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The amenities are one of the best perks. Both the gym and pool are solid. Check out San Marin Luxury Apartments!

  I absolutely love living here! The location is amazing, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the amenities are such a great bonus. I’m so glad I chose San Marin as my first apartment after moving to Arizona from out of state.

  My husband and I have lived at the San Marin at the Civic Center apartments for almost 2 years now and we enjoy it here. The maintenance staff keep the grounds very clean. The gym here is kept clean as well. The pool here and game room are very nice. They have recently made upgrades to the business center/game area lounge. It is a relaxing place to go if you need to do some work or just want to relax and read a book. The staff in the office are very attentive to any questions or concerns that you may have. Overall this is a great place to call home. Not to mention all the close amenities they have around here. Cute cafe's and restaurants and the beautiful Civic Center Park and library is within walking distance.
