  PLEASE READ this before even thinking about living here. This place looks great from the outside, with a great walking trail, gym, and outdoor areas. However, the inside of the apartments are absolutely terrible. We moved in not even two months ago, and had a broken cabinet, broken blinds, broken laundry door, broken fridge, broken stove, broken toilet, and paint everywhere UPON move-in. Nothing in our apartment was inspected OR cleaned before we moved in. We could not even see the settings on our dryer because they were covered in paint, and there is still paint splattered all over our floors. Weekly, the outside maintenance people blow all the leaves and everything from outside onto our porch to the point where it's not even usable. We have spoken up about all of these concerns, and their response was to send in a maintenance person, who then realized we also have a leak in our apartment. Mind you, we have also had a cockroach problem that has not stopped, as well as a fly problem, which was because they did not seal our windows.

  I love living at San Antigua. The reviews about the screens honestly made me laugh. I love the extra shade they provide and the lower electric bill I am now paying. Lorna is doing a great job of keeping this place running well. Perfect location, and lovely staff.

  I would have loved to have left 5 stars. I lived there for 12 months and the community is really pretty. It's in a great area, our neighbors were great, the grills are nice, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. I'm only writing this review to warn current tenants and potential future tenants about WILD move-out fees. This was the last apartment I lived in before buying a home, and never have I ever lost a deposit nor been out-of-pocket for damages. We were hit with +$650 in fees for items like blinds and carpet replacement. I understand a cleaning fee, but the amount of money they tried to justify for 12 months of use left us deposit-less and out-of-pocket. Looks like a lot of other tenants experienced the same thing after reading their reviews. Beware!
