  Unfortunately, we had a poor and costly experience. The home we rented for 4 months had a dog kennel run out of it previously and dog hair was a significant issue. We spent much time each week cleaning up dog hair from the house and our personal belongings. Upon moving out, the cleaning fees were significant considering we left the home in much better condition than we found it, and the only cleaning we left was to wipe down the refrigerator and clean the showers (although we cleaned them throughout our stay). We laundered all the bedding, towels, and cleaned/put away all the dishes. When contacting the office to discuss the significant fees that were beyond contractual terms, our contact was rude and lacked professionalism.
