  We love it here at Morningside! The apartment was so clean when we moved in. The location is quiet and peaceful. Very safe community. The landscaping is well taken care of. All our neighbors have been so friendly. We have been here 9 weeks and we have had the best experience. The pool is clean and it makes my mom heart happy that my kids get to play at the pool with all their new friends. The HOA has been very welcoming and is ensuring we are having a good experience. We have had three small maintenance tickets and they were fixed so fast. Highly recommended Morningside! So blessed we found this gem!! Also, this apartment complex comes with access to the Scottsdale Ranch Park Community across the street. We have been able to take the kids fishing and they have a kids play pad and jungle gym, volleyball, pickle ball and more.

  This complex is perfect for so many reasons! Amber, Marci, and Kenny in the front office are warm and welcoming - not to mention they made the move in and move out process smooth as butter. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues and personable. The grounds are clean and lots of shade and grassy areas for dogs. Location is quiet but still close enough to stores and entertainment, also very close to the green belt. I only left because I'll be moving into a house but enjoyed my time living at Morningside. 10/10 recommend!

  We lived in this community for three years. Unfortunately, our unit had a persistent cockroach problem from the very beginning. We reported the issue multiple times, and the pest control team responded promptly and performed treatments whenever requested. However, the problem was never fully resolved, and we continued to see at least two cockroaches per day in our apartment. This became especially concerning for our family, as the cockroaches would sometimes crawl onto us while we were sleeping, which made our children very scared and uncomfortable. Aside from this issue, our overall experience was positive. The community was well maintained, and the management team was always friendly, responsive, and easy to approach whenever we had concerns. We appreciate the efforts of the management staff, but we hope the pest control issue can be addressed more effectively for future residents.

  Best service ever❣️huge shout out to Marci (best agent) for helping us settling in. We had a unique situation that could’ve been stressful. She was so patient & very helpful.   ⸻ This place is amazing! Since my boyfriend and I toured with Kenny, everything has been super professional and smooth. The leasing office staff are seriously a dream team — Amber and Marci (hope I spelled that right!) are so kind, professional, and on top of everything. After some not-so-great experiences at other apartments, finding this hidden gem was such a relief. We definitely plan to renew and stay here. And for anyone worried about noise — I don’t hear a thing in my apartment. It’s very soundproof, quiet, and peaceful. I can’t hear my neighbors or outside noise at all. It’s convenient, well-kept, and just a great place to live.
