  I submitted several Maintenance Requests. All were addressed within 24 hrs. They have all been completed and one appointment has been confirmed so the issue will be addressed expediently. Sal, is very attentive,friendly yet professional. I appreciate the prompt attention to my issues.

  I've had a great experience living at Monaco! Quiet complex, safe area, friendly neighbors, and front office/maintenance are always on top of it (shoutout to Sal!) The complex is right by a good walking path and leads to two different parks nearby. The only downside is that the buildings are a bit older so AC has to really work hard during summer. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live that's affordable in Scottsdale!

  Management is friendly and keeps the property clean. I feel like home here. While the apartment is old, compared to the newer and fancier apartments built in Scottsdale, the management keeps the cost down to make it more affordable. Scottsdale is full of too many fancy newer apartments with expensive monthly costs. I am content with where I am and being able to live at an affordable place
