  If you think all mortgage lenders are the same, you haven’t worked with Adam Dunn. Against all absolute odds, Adam and the team at LVX Capital in Scottsdale, AZ just pulled off a second miracle for our family. After navigating us into a crucial 3-month bridge loan, we just closed our permanent 30-year refinance. The second half of this process was a total rollercoaster. Shifting DSCR loan requirements left us uncertain at times, but Adam’s transparency, consistency, and genuine care never wavered. He didn’t just manage a file; he believed in us, fought through outside obstacles, and went entirely above and beyond to cross the finish line. In an industry where empathy is rare, Adam completely restored our faith in humanity. His relentless hard work and unexpected generosity will never be taken for granted.   Levi was very helpful with helping me pull cash out of my late grandmothers home. my credit is not good at all, and i wasn't sure if it was even possible to do it without selling it, but he showed me it was.

  The fastest loan process was the fastest and easiest ever!! Adam and Levi were amazing, as well as the girls in Title Department. All very kind, patient, caring and considerate. I was dealing with a VERY crucial deadline, extremely stressed, worried ... as it was only seven days away from date I contacted them ... and they worked thru weekend and at night to make it happen and find timely. I'm forever grateful and will use them for any all business dealings I have in the future. Thanks again LVX!!!
