  I enjoyed my time at Huxley, the leasing and maintenance teams are fantastic, very responsive and always willing to help. The building and facilities are all maintained, I loved that there is a small number of units in the building, when compared to other apartment complexes in the area, it creates a sense of community. Building has easy access to the 101, if you are sensitive to noises, I’d recommend a unit facing the dog park.

  Huxley crew is amazing from The office staff Sara and Dustin being super attentive and promptly responding to my many questions to the maintenance tram Cyrus and Sur who have treated my apartment like there own homes when they come to do any work order no matter big or small this crew is the best.

  Living at the Huxley has been INCREDIBLE! Most reviews online are garnered by companies but I have to say - MINE IS NOT. When my wife and I moved in about 3 weeks ago, we've already made 2 new friends in this building, we enjoy how quiet it is during the day and night, and have been welcomed by almost everyone here! I gotta say - the space is nice - but the experience has been even better because of SARA and DUSTIN! These two in the Leasing Office are a team of total Rock Stars! Everyone I have run into this building can ALSO say the same about them. Upon moving in, there were 2-3 super tiny issues (all cosmetic) and all were handled within 24-48 hours with Care, Professionalism and Attention-to-Detail. The process of moving in and getting ourselves sorted has been a breeze. The amenities are pretty cool - particularly love the free coffee machine in the main office - and the co-work suites when at times I need to take a private call. The pool catches the most sun exposure from 12pm to 5pm (in case youre wondering) for those of you who want to tan. The first floor (where i live) offers the best ceilings - mine are 11.8 FEET - nearly 12 foot ceilings!!! This changes a small room from feeling like a doll-house to feeling like you have a LARGE space whether you choose a Studio or 1-Bedroom. The minimalist theme is throughout the building, the people are lovely, nice to see there are many people of faith here (morals are high which is good to see, regardless of what religion) and I truly feel like I get to be a part of a community in this thriving city of Scottsdale! And that is coming from someone who has lived in LA many many years and can deal with crime around. The Huxley is SAFE, CLEAN and THRIVING!   I’ve had a great experience living at Huxley Apartments. Sarah and Dustin (the manager) provide excellent service they are always friendly, professional, and responsive. Maintenance is quick and efficient, the property is always very clean, and the quality of the finishes is great. The view from my apartment is beautiful, especially overlooking the McDowell Mountains. Highly recommend this place!

  Huxley Scottsdale is a beautiful apartment community conveniently located near major freeways and shopping. It features high-end amenities, including a clubhouse with a hidden speakeasy, a sparkling pool, a professional fitness center, and a dedicated dog park. The property is clean, well-maintained, and supported by a professional, reliable staff. A nightly courtesy patrol is also on-site to help ensure resident and property safety. Be sure to add Huxley Scottsdale to your list of must-see options during your apartment search.
