  Just like the reviewer from YESTERDAY. I also had my car towed from my OWN spot while I was on vacation despite it being registered with the community. Then I had to pay $250 to get my own car back as well. The leasing office had no questions or concerns she just said I have to contact the towing company directly. What community would let a towing company take their own residents cars from their own spots?? How could my car be abandoned if it’s registered with the community. Wouldn’t be surprised if they got a cut of $ from the towing company. I was hoping to renew my lease here but this was ridiculous. Shoutout maintenance, though. They’re super friendly and very helpful every experience I’ve had with them. Edit; Researching Denim’s towing company online (Kwik Tow), other local towing PROFESSIONALS have called them “scummy”, “bottomfeeders”, “predatory” and “extortionist” (google it). So just take that context of who Denim is choosing to partner with.

  Leasing staff is nice until you sign the lease and then they treat you like garbage. They have also told me before to write a review mentioning them so they get a bonus. They lied to me about multiple things then acted like I was inconveniencing them about issues that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. People drive extremely fast through the parking lot nearly hitting children and other cars and they don’t bother with any additional speed bumps or safety measures. I’ve almost gotten hit walking and driving multiple times. They towed my car while I was sick with the flu saying it was ‘dirty and abandoned’ after 3 days of putting a sticker on it even though they have my vehicle on file and could have given me a call. Had to pay $250 to get my car out and had damage to my car. The parking lot is always full so I have to park all the way in the back sometimes. They also spam emails from Zark Parking to register for alerts of parking violations which never happened. Recently got a notice saying we had to clear our patios out for power washing not even 24 hours of notice so I had to bring in all my patio furniture while I was sick with the flu. Got an email from them today threatening to fine people for not bringing in trash cans by 9am even though the trash doesn’t come until 5am sometimes. My self and many other neighbors I’ve talked to work overnights and aren’t up at 9am so now I have to wake up shortly after going to bed to bring in my trash can so they don’t charge me more than I already pay to live here.

  For our first apartment rental, this place has been a dream. No complaints. Leasing office is always helpful and honest, maintenance team is friendly and timely. There are plenty of community events and activities to take part in.

  Currently live at this location and have had a super positive experience. All the folks who work at the leasing office are super personable and friendly, especially Sydney, Alyssa, Dane, and Timea. They have shown me nothing but love since moving here and help me solve any issue with my apartment with haste!!

  I loved living at Denim Scottsdale. The maintenance team: Brian, Gilberto, Chris, Kerry, and Angel are fantastic, professional, and timely. I enjoyed the lively community, well maintained grounds, great office staff, excellent maintenance what more could you want! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Scottsdale.
