    I entered the service request on Sunday morning and it was closed the same day at 5pm. I was home all day and nobody notified me. I will know more when I use it this weekend.

    Don't ask the staff to help with deliveries for THEIR residents. They'll give you a map and tell you to find your way or leave it outside. PS don't ignore the other negative reviews

    Repairs: The wall has a documented history of recurring issues, including previous damage related to moisture. The current condition appears to be the result of water intrusion coming from the second floor, which has caused the drywall to weaken, crack, and deteriorate further.
