  I’ve had the best experience living at Broadstone Waterfront. The property is always kept clean, maintenance is quick to respond, and the amenities are great and well maintained. The hallways and front lobby always smell so good!! I toured so many apartments in Scottsdale but by far Broadstone was the cleanest of them all. The location is also hard to beat - so close to everything while still feeling safe. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference. Shoutout to Eric and Victor for being so generous and going out of there way! Overall it’s been a really positive place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

  I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time because Broadstone Waterfront has truly become more than just an apartment community to me. Yes, the property itself is beautiful — the amenities, location, atmosphere, and lifestyle are exceptional — but what truly sets this community apart is the management team behind it all. Victor leads this property with an extraordinary level of care, pride, and attention to detail. He does not cut corners, and he does not turn a blind eye to the little things. That level of stewardship is reflected everywhere throughout the community, from the condition of the amenities to the overall experience residents have every day. It’s clear that protecting and refining this property matters deeply to him. He carries himself with professionalism and pride, and it genuinely shows in the culture and presentation of the community as a whole. Julie is equally remarkable and absolutely perfect for this community. While Victor sets the tone for the property and its standards, Julie plays an enormous role in the day-to-day resident experience. She is attentive, warm, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. Even when I could go directly to Victor with a request, I often choose to go through Julie because she handles everything so smoothly and professionally, and somehow always makes you feel genuinely cared for in the process. What stands out most is how well this team functions together. There is a real sense of unity, communication, and mutual respect among the staff, and residents feel the benefit of that. I have always felt recognized and appreciated here rather than invisible — though if someone prefers privacy, they respect that too. It’s a rare balance. Management also has an extraordinary awareness of this property and the resident experience. Concerns are not ignored or brushed aside, and there is a genuine sense that the community is actively cared for and watched over. Victor, in particular, takes the responsibility of protecting and maintaining this property very seriously. I have personally seen firsthand that this is not simply a “9 to 5” position to him. I’ve seen him onsite late into the evening, present at all hours, and responding to resident matters well beyond normal office hours. That level of presence, responsiveness, and vigilance creates a stronger sense of trust and comfort for residents, and it contributes greatly to the overall atmosphere of the community. The entire office and maintenance team also deserve recognition. Eric has always been professional and present whenever assistance is needed, and the maintenance staff work incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep the property running smoothly. Their efforts may not always be highly visible to residents, but they contribute greatly to the comfort, appearance, and quality of life within the community every single day. The community events throughout the year are also something truly special. These are not token gatherings thrown together for appearances. They are thoughtful, generous, and genuinely community-building experiences. They feed us, serve us, celebrate with us, and make residents feel included in something bigger than just an apartment complex. One example that really stood out to me was during Scottsdazzle, when the team paid attention to what was happening around the Waterfront and made sure residents could participate in the excitement. They secured VIP tickets to local experiences and raffled them off within the community. From live music and catered holiday parties to fully stocked limo transportation for special outings, they consistently go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for residents. Luxury amenities are wonderful, but people are what make a place feel like home. Broadstone Waterfront has both.

  Julie was super accommodating with my difficult schedule when first viewing the property, her professionalism was top notch. Victor continues to make the stay pleasant month after month. When I did have maintenance issues, Jaime went above and beyond to ensure I was taking care of and kept me informed the entire way through.

  Lived here twice, would live here again if i ever came back to AZ. Best building if you want somewhere walkable. Hallways are wide + bright, feels like a hotel unlike some of the buildings nearby that feel like a college dorm. Staff is great - they don't micromanage you

  I'm saddened to have to say goodbye. After my husband died, I moved to Broadstone Waterfront which became my home for over 4 yrs. I've always loved my home and even more after the new property management company arrived about three years ago. I could see tangible improvements from day one. This group of young professionals are the most genuine, patient, well-mannered and genuine people I have interacted with. They bring a sophisticated approach to customer service. They truly care about making this community welcoming, clean and safe. Everyone in the office is special to me. Julie, Victor and Erik. I will miss my conversations with them, especially Julie and Victor. Victor's restaurant recommendations were always impeccable. I also want to thank Adrian, Jaime and the new young man that joined the maintenance crew for always being so attentive and courteous when completing work orders in my home. I will miss everyone and thank you for the three yrs of excellence you gifted me.
