  Just a great overall experience from the property staff to the amazing amenities and the apartments themselves - all first class. And you can’t beat the location either. Would definitely lease here again!

  Just moved into a two bedroom at the Broadstone Waterfront in Scottsdaleand so pleased with my apartment! Maintenance worker Blaque J. Took care of all of my punchlist items and got them done quickly, professionally and with great care! Thank you for providing experienced maintenance workers who get the job done! My apartment looks amazing!

  My experience so far has been great at this property. Definitely well taken care of compared to many other properties in old town. Special thanks to Jaime for his help with maintenance. We really appreciate his expertise in helping us out!

  Rockstar team all around! Exceptional service starting with Julie making it an easy process and making herself available every step of the way. It’s evident Victor is a servant leader who cares about his team as well as the residents. The maintenance staff went over and beyond…always so helpful, kind and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful experience not just for me, but for always being so gracious with my fur baby.

  I’ve spent the last two years at Broadstone Waterfront and cannot recommend this property enough. I worked primarily with Victor and Julie, who’ve both provided amazing hospitality and have been willing to help with any questions I’ve had at the drop of hat. The amenities, community events, and location of this property have made is the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment. If you’re looking for a place to call home - seriously consider Broadstone Waterfront. You will quickly understand why I had such a great experience and you will not regret it.
