  I've had a great experience living at Broadstone. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are excellent, and it's been a fantastic place to call home. One of the biggest highlights has been the staff. Tatum has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from day one. She always takes the time to answer questions, follows up when needed, and genuinely makes residents feel valued. DJ has also been awesome to work with. He's friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. It's clear that the team truly cares about creating a great experience for the people who live here. If you're looking for a place with a great community and an amazing management team, I highly recommend Broadstone!

  Just a great overall experience from the property staff to the amazing amenities and the apartments themselves - all first class. And you can’t beat the location either. Would definitely lease here again!

  Just moved into a two bedroom at the Broadstone Waterfront in Scottsdaleand so pleased with my apartment! Maintenance worker Blaque J. Took care of all of my punchlist items and got them done quickly, professionally and with great care! Thank you for providing experienced maintenance workers who get the job done! My apartment looks amazing!

  My experience so far has been great at this property. Definitely well taken care of compared to many other properties in old town. Special thanks to Jaime for his help with maintenance. We really appreciate his expertise in helping us out!
