  We worked with Amy Koch at The Brokery on a cross-border purchase from Canada to Arizona, buying a home in the Villages at Aviano in Desert Ridge. Amy’s knowledge of Desert Ridge was incredibly valuable throughout the process. She knows the individual communities, amenities and the details that are especially important when purchasing a second home from another country.
