- MMMT Powerlifting, LLC MageeJun 5, 20261.0Neighborhood has gone downhill since models homes were moved to the East addition. The bushes have not been trimmed this whole year and ants are building homes all over in the sidewalks. Several emails have been made to the HOA and nothing gets done. I fear a company is being paid for work not being down. Last year the landscaping was manicured regularly. We pay outrageous fees of $208 a month for nothing!!
- MDMichael DulSep 24, 20214.0Beautiful homes being built but the roads are so shoddy that they already have spots that are collapsing. Queen Creek should inspect before accepting them. Based upon today's experience I would recommend that if you wish to tour lots or homes have the sales person drive as there is significant amounts of debris which can damage car tires as exampled in the new photos.
