Building and area are very nice and enjoyable. Management has been very challenging to communicate with regarding any maintenance requests. Upon move in there were a handful of things that needed to be fixed from the first day. Refridgerator couldn't make ice, light bulbs need to be replaced, the laundry room ventilation fan doesn't work, the ethernet wasn't properly hardwired yet, ect. Went on vacation right after moving in and when we came back stuff still wasnt taken care of. Took about a month for them to finally replace our refrigerator which wasn't cooling to a proper temperature so our frozen items were spoiled when we got back from vacation. They've also marked maintenance requests as completed when they haven't been addressed at all. Recently our gfi outlet in the kitchen stopped working so now half of the kitchen outlets don't work which makes cooking kind of a pain. It's been like that for three workdays and haven't heard anything about when it can be fixed. I might end up fixing it myself but I don't want to spend more money on things I shouldn't need to. They have digital locks too but only give you one physical key fob and any more fobs are $50/fob, even though there are two people who signed the lease. So I have to use the app to unlock my door but it ends up being pretty glitchy and logs me out every couple of days so I frequently find myself standing outside my door, unlocking my phone, logging into the app, then waiting a minute for the bluetooth to connect to the lock just to unlock it. Tech is supposed to be convenient. I don't blame the management staff because from what I can put together, it just seems like they're understaffed or something. But from what I hear from the neighbors, it's pretty common for things to take many months to replace or get taken care of and you have to bug the admin about it until they finally communicate or do something about it.

UPDATED REVIEW:
After living here for a year and some change, I must admit that Joe in Maintenance, is not only prompt and efficient but also shows high quality work. He is excellent in problem-solving, friendly and helpful. He has always ensured that my maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner. I would like to take this time to show recognition and acknowledge his hard work. I am very happy to call Village Greens of Queen Creek my home.
I must add, I do miss Randi, being our management due to the fact that she was prompt in responding to emails, calls, and texts.
OLD REVIEW: Randi, the property manager has been great to us. As many questions and concerns as I have she’s ALWAYS been able to answer them and be patient with me. She responds in a timely manner and doesn’t leave you hanging. I hope she stays working for the property because I don’t think you can find a better manager than her! Keep up the good work Randi. :)

This is the worst property I live that they don't answer phones they don't answerEmails nothing won't type it.
Great apartment, great community, friendly neighbors. However, I only gave 3 stars because the new management is horrible. They don't answer phones, they don't return calls, tried emailing, and went days without hearing back. Management is nearly impossible to get a hold of.
