  Gorgeous new homes tucked into San Tan Regional park. Hiden gem Not to many lots and split with Taylor Morrison homes. Lots expensive and some of the new Toll brother homes will be facing green belt but will have condos they will be facing!!!! Be aware!!!! Not good for a million dollar home and then condo pple looking right back yard and no privacy! No thanks What a bummer! Agent were certainly helpful at Toll brothers! Homes are amazing 👏 🤩 and beautiful. Not so sure 😕 when more homes go in only one way in and out. Thompson rd is the only way out to hunt hwy at this point. Goodluck

  I left work early to see these homes. The realtor met me at my car to tell me she was closing early so I would have to come back another time and she didn’t seem bothered at all. Very unprofessional.
