- NRNicole RiveraJul 2, 20264.0Sales team was great! The home is beautiful, but there has been some issues. Sink hole at the front side yard, the large HVAC unit was extremely loud and the placement was at a condensation output so the unit needed to be relocated. Now exactly one year in and the smaller HVAC stopped working. That portion of the house is miserable in this triple digit Arizona heat. This is a spec home and the interior door hardware that was installed is of the lowest quality falling apart and nonfunctional. The reason for the four stars; Pulte has been great to work with and quick to make it right with all the issues we’ve experienced so far.
