- OZOliver ZacheApr 1, 20261.0Renting from Fortress (Formerly PMI) has been the worst rental experience of my life. They consistently lack communication and professionalism. Any time myself or a roommate had business to conduct, Fortress had to be constantly reminded to do their part. Multiple people in my household have also had negative interactions with technicians they hired to fix various issues with the property, including a plumber berating members of my family, and individuals entering our home without permission and leaving doors open when they left, while we had pets secured inside the home. I wonder why they chose to change their name?

They charged me a fee to brake my lease and still are making me carry out the lease when theyve done nothing to promote the building or anything. So there for i shouldnt be charged a fee. I call and ask for a call back and never get one. It sounds like such a toxic work place i feel sorry for rhea. That's probably why she got out of there and she was the most professional one. Asked if everything was working and if we need anything ask. We weren't there 4 hours. Getting ready for bed we were asked to leave the property. Only reason we were given was the owner did not want anyone staying there. So we left. Now the property will not refund the rest of the nights we never even stayed at. Prejudice are the owners of Dog Shadows on Mt. Vernon. Prescott Az. Sounds like m.o. to me. Rip off scam.
