  Peak Property Management is very responsive to renter's requests with attention to details. They schedule repairs quickly and efficiently. The maintenance individuals are polite and skilled to complete the job. We are very happy with Peak Property and would highly recommend them.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Peak Property Solutions! They are very responsive to maintenance requests, friendly and easy to deal with by phone/text/email. I love the text ability since my work schedule doesn’t always allow time for calls or emails. Best management company I have dealt with as a renter (for 2+ years) by far.

  I came across Peak Proprty Solutions last week while looking for a management company to manage my home. Courteous on the phone, but their fees are what gets me. Way TOO HIGH. They may have a good %, but when you add up EVERYTHING else, I was very unpleased and am taking my business elsewhere. Warning. Go over all the fees before committing here.
