I had a disappointing experience after moving out of this apartment complex. They kept my security deposit and charged me an additional $200 for cleaning, which I paid. Three months later, I received a collection notice claiming I owed another $400.
What concerns me most is that I was never contacted by the apartment complex before my account was sent to collections. I provided a forwarding address, and the collection agency had no trouble reaching me there, yet I never received a move-out statement, bill, phone call, email, or any notice explaining the additional charges
All of this without even mentioning the “luxury” units, which are sub par in every aspect but have nice countertops. The only positive experience was the friendly staff. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment.
Update: I noticed the apartment complex responded to my review. For transparency, the “resolution” they offered was essentially, “Oops, sorry,” followed by, “There’s nothing we can do now because we’ve already sent your account to collections.”
Their error negatively impacted my credit, and the only remedy I was offered amounted to, “Our mistake.” No meaningful action was taken to correct the damage or make the situation right. If accountability and fair treatment matter to you, I would recommend anywhere else.

I lived at 2051 Apartments for about a year and a half.
My biggest gripe about this entire complex was the thinness of the walls. At times, my neighbors could hear me talking at a whisper and were still banging on my wall to be quiet. The complex has quiet hours, which sure, help to an extent. But when I am honoring quiet hours and talking at a whisper, and my neighbors can still hear me through the walls? That is a issue. The fact I could hear my other neighbors having relations is another big issue. Some might say "Oh that's just apartment living!"... Yeah, but when I can clearly hear things from one side and my neighbor can hear me at a whisper... there's a bigger issue, and that's not on management, that's on the contractors and designers of the apartments themselves.
The build of the complex is nice and secure. During my tenancy, my only wish was either assigned parking or more parking. They have a small lot in the back, which is nice, but no one ever parks there...unless you can't find a space nearer to the buildings.
HOWEVER!!! One area that this complex excels in, is the staff. The staff were very friendly and welcoming into their offices whenever I had a question about something, or whatever else it was. They were super flexible and worked with me on things when some things got rough or changed. I needed to end my lease early and they worked with me as much as they could.
I have lived there for a year and a half. It's not soundproof at all, I can hear the sneezing coughs from the neighbors, and I can hear the thumping sound of the neighbors upstairs. My neighbors are constantly smoking, and the apartment manager has no intention of improving them. There are not enough parking lots. If you go somewhere and back to your home at night, there is no empty parking lot. When I parked in an apartment parking lot for a few months on vacation, the cover of my car was taken off and no care was taken. A resident even reported my car to the management office for a long time and put a label on it. Does this make sense? Your neighborhood is make you upset every time. Also, when I moved out, you charged me $300 for moving out of the apartment. It's the worst apartment ever. Luxury? It doesn't exist. Rather, it's the worst apartment that only hurts your mental health. I really want to give 0 star to this apartment!!! 특히 한국인 분들 다른 곳 가세요. 위치 빼고는 전혀 살기 좋은 아파트가 아닙니다.
I answer by looking at the reviews. Now, once someone smokes, you keep taking care of it? You only send e-mails and make excuses without follow-up at all, lmao. I saw lots of smokers in the apartment. Especially balcony! Second, the car I registered in and parked every day, but you put a ticket on it. Don't make excuses. Third, no matter how poor the cleaning was, $300 is an excessive penalty. I cleaned up when I went out, but you charged too much cleaning fee. Shame on you. 윫돏릷 없고 읠 졵낣 앉핣늕 벏럷짋 볗싡 새들끼아

They will not tell you that construction is happening 6/7 days a week . They will overcharge on rent , not be equitable with rent on similar units . They will gouge the price . The owner is a corporate , greedy man who shows up in his Mazarati to flex his status . The construction workers will play loud music , but don’t complain because they scold you and shame w some excuse . The walls are paper thin and floors are too. They are lucky Embry Riddle University parents pay those high prices for their kids to live here. You will not be sleeping in , because the construction crews will work as early as 6 a.m. . Construction. Workers . Every day since June , except Christmas Day . The OTHER two planned buildings are under construction . And they will wake you up at 7, maybe 6 a.m. Do NOT rent here ! The other reviewers are correct , they discriminate and are racist . No amenities worth it . Go elsewhere , save the stress . So disappointed with this place .
Listen, this new apartment complex is poorly constructed. I live on the second floor of building 2055, and I can hear my neighbors flush their toilets, cough, open doors, and alarms going off—the list goes on. While the neighborhood is quiet and the people are kind, for the cost, I shouldn't have to hear so much noise around me!
The alarm system requires a white card to buzz in, but the key provided for entry (in case you forget your card) doesn’t work, so you’re pretty much stuck after 7 PM unless someone lets you in. Once again, it’s a new complex, but it needs a lot of work. Hopefully, buildings 1 and 2, which are currently under construction, will turn out much better. *Fingers crossed!*
