  This has been the best experience for our son's first apartment, and a parent's dream. Our son attends Embry-Riddle. The apartments and amenities are marvelous! The staff is incredible. I feel that our son is safe. I have never experienced such great communication, care and quick response to questions and help. Thank you! Best choice for us . Sincerely, Jill and Bill Burk.

  These apartments are in such a fantastic location; close enough to some trails in Prescott. They have really great management and maintenance crew. If you ever have any issues, they solve them as quickly as possible, if possible. Honestly, one of the better places you could get the pleasure to live at.

  Andrew was fantastic! I had such a great experience touring the property with him. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to answer all of my questions and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just giving me a standard tour. I really liked that he knew the neighborhood so well and could tell me about the nearby stores, restaurants, and other things around the community. It gave me a much better idea of what living here would actually be like. Andrew definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. I’m very glad I got to tour with him and would highly recommend him to anyone checking out the property!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience touring with Andrew! He was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I was looking for and gave me helpful information about the community and what would work best for my needs. I especially appreciated how familiar he was with the surrounding area. He was able to give me a great idea of how convenient the location is and how close everything I need is to the property. Andrew was genuinely great to work with and made the entire tour enjoyable. It’s not every day you meet someone who is this helpful and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate the time he took with me and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment!

  I had a great experience touring with Andrew! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire tour. He took the time to understand what I’m looking for and was able to explain what would best fit my needs. I also really appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the surrounding area and how close different places and amenities are to the apartment complex. Andrew made the whole experience comfortable and informative, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend working with Andrew!
