  I currently live at The Crossings at Windsong, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize two team members who truly make a difference in this community. First, Steven from the maintenance team is outstanding. He is approachable, patient, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. What I appreciate most is that he responds thoughtfully instead of reacting, and he always treats residents with respect and kindness. Work orders are handled quickly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work. I previously worked as a leasing consultant, and having worked at various apartment communities myself, I can honestly say I’m incredibly impressed with his professionalism and dedication. I also want to recognize Megan, who oversees operations. She is one of the kindest, most approachable people I’ve met. She always greets residents with warmth, takes the time to listen, and genuinely works to meet the needs of the community. She leads with kindness, professionalism, and care, and it shows in the way she interacts with everyone. It’s reassuring to know there are people like Megan who truly care about the residents. Both Steven and Megan deserve recognition for the positive impact they have on this community. Thank you both for everything you do! You are truly appreciated! They make living here feel a lot closer to home! -Twan

  I loved this place so much because of how peaceful it was until college age boys got here. It was a good place. I was going to tell a friend but in know that friend is not going to want to live around a bunch of college students that don’t know how to control themselves. I use the gym but go in the morning and the garage door is still up from the night previous day. Im glad I'm moving this year.

  !WARNING! This complex rents to Airbnb. You could have random people going in and out of your building (or even thinking your apartment is their Airbnb) Also noise from the Airbnbs as well as cigarette smoke.

  I’ve had a really great experience living at this apartment complex overall. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and offer everything you need to feel comfortable at home. The staff is truly amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They make you feel welcomed and taken care of, which makes a huge difference. One of the biggest highlights is how safe the community feels. Security does an excellent job, and I genuinely feel comfortable living here, even at night. It gives a lot of peace of mind knowing that safety is clearly a priority. Maintenance is also fast and reliable. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is respectful, communicative, and does quality work, which is something you don’t always find in apartment living. The only downside I’ve experienced is the parking situation. There aren’t enough parking spots for the number of residents, so at times you have to park at the apartment complex across the street, which can be inconvenient. Overall though, this is a great place to live with excellent amenities, outstanding staff, strong security, and dependable maintenance. If the parking situation improved, it would easily be a perfect place to call home.

  This has probably been the worse experience I’ve ever had with an apartment.the place is beautiful for sure. We signed and were super excited for this place because it’s beautiful. But the rules are outrageous! You can barely play your TV without getting a complaint…. They say dog friendly but I had to relocate my dog because she liked to bark. ALL DOGS BARK. We eventually bought out the lease. And the amount of unrecognized charges we received was ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all. They told me a set price on the buy out and charged me $800 more than what was originally said! The amount of stress I got from this place was NOT WORTH it! When you’re at home, it should feel like home. And this place 100% DID NOT.
