Five stars for Chynna⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | She made our move-in so easy!!! To the team at The Crossings at Windsong / PB Bell, I wanted to write in specifically to recognize Chynna, because she deserves it. I moved out here from California to join my cousin, who's local to Prescott Valley, and anyone who has done a move across state lines knows how many ways it can go sideways... Applications, screening, documents, deadlines, half of it handled from hundreds of miles away. Chynna handled every bit of it with patience and genuine care. She answered our questions, walked us through each step, and kept things moving when I couldn't be there in person. She never made us feel like one more file on a desk; she made us feel like people she actually wanted living here. By the time we got the keys, it didn't feel like we were just renting an apartment. It felt like we were being welcomed into a community; and that's entirely down to how she does her job. And the community itself has more than lived up to it. We genuinely love living here. It's a great place to come home to, and we're glad we chose it. Five stars without hesitation. She's the reason we signed.

Great place to live, friendly neighbors. Meghan is amazing in the leasing office. She’s quick to follow up and communicates well with everyone. She is very transparent with leasing in general. The office staff is great overall - they listen and plan for the tenants needs. Appreciate all the hard work!

I currently live at The Crossings at Windsong, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize two team members who truly make a difference in this community. First, Steven from the maintenance team is outstanding. He is approachable, patient, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. What I appreciate most is that he responds thoughtfully instead of reacting, and he always treats residents with respect and kindness. Work orders are handled quickly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work. I previously worked as a leasing consultant, and having worked at various apartment communities myself, I can honestly say I’m incredibly impressed with his professionalism and dedication. I also want to recognize Megan, who oversees operations. She is one of the kindest, most approachable people I’ve met. She always greets residents with warmth, takes the time to listen, and genuinely works to meet the needs of the community. She leads with kindness, professionalism, and care, and it shows in the way she interacts with everyone. It’s reassuring to know there are people like Megan who truly care about the residents. Both Steven and Megan deserve recognition for the positive impact they have on this community. Thank you both for everything you do! You are truly appreciated! They make living here feel a lot closer to home! -Twan
