  I have loved my stay at Zora Encanto, that I decided to stay for another year! Management: Bree has been an absolute godsend. Since the day I moved in over a year ago, every single interaction I’ve had with her has been both professional and friendly. Any concerns or issues I’ve run into, which haven't been many, she addressed in a timely manner. She always takes the time to truly listen and finds a great solution or compromise every time. I have to say, she is the best property manager I’ve encountered in my 10+ years of renting. Maintenance: On the rare occasion that I’ve had an issue, the team has been incredibly prompt and communicative. When my thermostat was acting up, they replaced it within 24 hours. I've also had minor things come up, like my garbage disposal going out, and they fixed it fairly quickly too. I truly only have good things to say about the maintenance team. Amenities/Community: Although the amenities are few, I really enjoy using the pool and jacuzzi from time to time, and the 24-hour gym is always clean and in order when I use it. The roll-up garage door that leads to the faux grass area is also a really nice touch. I haven’t had any issues with my neighbors either; everyone is either friendly or keeps to themselves. As for the community itself, it is very well-maintained for the most part. There were a few problem spots after the heavy rainfall this past spring, but that’s to be expected anywhere. The surrounding neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but I have never once encountered an unauthorized person on the property. The location is quite convenient as well; you’re minutes from the freeway, as well as grocery stores, like Fry’s, Walmart, Target (all within a mile). Parking: If you have only one vehicle, it shouldn’t be an issue. Although they don’t have many guest parking spots, my guests have never had an issue with parking. Unit: As for the unit itself, I absolutely love it! From the moment I walked into the model, I loved everything I saw. The first things that caught my eye were the tall ceilings and all the natural light. Plus, if you’re not a fan of carpet, you’re in luck—there is none to be found, which I believe applies to all the units. And if you have a pet, each unit is equipped with a pet door that leads directly into your own personal backyard. All in all, I’ve truly enjoyed living here, and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon

  My husband visited Zora Encanto to inquire about an apartment, and the experience was very disappointing. The leasing agent refused to explain pricing or answer basic questions because he speaks Spanish. She told him to check the website and said giving a tour using a translation app would be “too uncomfortable.” It’s concerning that someone in a leasing office is unwilling to assist prospective residents simply because they don’t speak English. We left feeling unwelcome and decided not to move forward. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of customer service can cost the community future residents.

  My wife went there to visit a friend and they towed her within 2 hours of her stay? She was parked out front not taking anyone's spot.
