  Well where do I start my partner lived here for almost 10 years and I lived there with her 3 over multiple units in this complex. During our exit we had a consistent problems with pests from the day we moved in to our last unit and had been blamed for it. We documented the entire stay the management filed for us to be evicted on those grounds. Good Riddance to this place it's overpriced nature and the asbestos waiver they hide in the lease due to the age of the structure. On a positive note David the maintenance man is an amazing person.

  I live here. If I could rate it 4.5 I would. The bad reviews are from disgruntled folks who didn't get their way about something, I'm sure. The apartments are older but the carpet was new when I moved in. I've been here over two months and it's super quiet. The complex is always clean and well manicured. Green grass, trimmed bushes. It's gated. It really is a good small complex and the price is good as well. Sure you can get a nicer, newer place up the road but why pay that much more when this place is perfect for a single person or small familY. The maintenance man is great! Hard working guy. The ONLY issue, if I can even call it an issue, is parking. The covered designated parking is great, if it was close to your unit. The uncovered parking is always taken up while those people have their covered spots empty. That is really the only downside to me. But I'm older and ideally would like to park close to my unit. But really .. this complex is totally worth it. You might hear cars thumping their music during the day here and there, but nights are super quiet. No issues at all. I actually like it very much. I hope this review helps those who read those negative ones and wonder... I questioned it myself when I first looked but I'm glad I chose here and not a bigger more expensive complex.

  This complex is great but will do nothing about the numerous abandoned vehicles on the property, if you have 2 people living in 1 unit parking will be tricky sometimes. Cars left in commuter spots that haven’t been registered in years. Management, well Morey has done nothing about it after being asked.

  Although I have a very heavy footed upstairs neighbor and screaming children nextdoor sometimes, the place is quiet most of the time. The apartments are a good size although I wish they had ceiling fans, and the management is literally the best part of the whole experience. Morey is the best manager I've ever met. The apartments are actually pretty nice and the appliances are brand new. The people are nice here and the pool is pretty cool, and the laundry room is probably the nicest laundry room I've ever used.

  It was okay to live at first , but the pool was always dirty and it's a very noisy place. When we left they were very rude and took our security deposit, they claimed to have repaired some things that weren't damaged by us in the first place. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.
