- AKAmber KrekelerMay 12, 20261.0This apartment complex is a complete joke! DO NOT RENT HERE! The reviews are correct, the trash is horrible, the management doesn’t know tit from tat, the neighborhood is ghetto, trash in the parking lots, walk ways, other apartments leave there trash outside their doors. THE MANAGEMENT WILL LIE TO YOU!!!! 2026 I leased an apartment, left mid lease due to a domestic violence incident with police report. Removed myself off the lease and they still file collections. Going up to the management they lie, tell you what you want to hear, so you can leave them alone and they can go back to work the minimum they can. They told me that it was their mistake on their end, filing the collections and the put both residents on the collection, all under recorded video. Legal action is about to take place for their “mistake”. You call the managers trying to get this sorted and they don’t know anything! You Get better luck talking to AI compared to any manager there! Do not rent here!!!!!!!

And they have an attitude when u ask to use the commons area. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star. This place SUCKS. Don’t stay here

The community is welcoming, clean, and well maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported. I especially want to thank Aris for her outstanding help and service. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept everything organized, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out. I truly appreciate the level of care and customer service provided by her and I’m happy to call Vista Ridge Apartments my home. Highly recommend!
