- YGYolanda GamezSep 9, 20261.0Worst apartment ever they don’t know what their doing Imelda the leasing manager is very uncoordinated she needs to train her coworkers better I paid a 300 deposit my application got cancelled BUT I was told I would still get my 300 back so I was told to call back to check the status just for Imelda to tell me I’m not receiving my deposit back on top of that they put someone else’s name on one of my documents Imelda kept calling me a different name when I went in the first time this complex is a joke when I look at the reviews I can see why they have. A 2.7 they need better staff and need to give the correct information out I am pissed because now I am not receiving my deposit back when I was told I was and they even got my address down to mail the money order out they are a complete Joke they will take any money they can from you! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone if I could they would recieve not even a one start their pathetic!

When there is an issue office claims not their responsibility when trying to go to corporate they don’t respond as well. Maintenance does not fix issue, had no bathroom for 3 days. These apartments are not worth the hassle always paid on time left apartment clean and still have no respect to get a call from company
- KPKirby PaezAug 28, 20261.0I have been here since December 2025 and all I can say is horrible apartment I was towed twice for parking in of the office because there wasn’t any free space because assigned park is Expensive and rent here is expensive as hell when we first got here it was 1500 for 3 bed two bath now it’s 1694 almost 1700
