  DON'T LIVE HERE! If you have to depend on living here you might as well be homeless!! This is not a safe place. People are walking around all night and you can smell chemicals in the air. Im picking bugs off of me all night!! I get no rest. No wonder why there are so many homeless people!! They want to charge $4000 to be released. Instead of trying to come to a reasonable agreement for the situation at hand they say "it's in the contract that you signed." OK I still don't feel safe.

  The community is not gated as they haven't worked in over 4 years. Vagrants acces pools and laundry room's near daily. Residents are unchecked on apartment rules and policies. Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs. The pools are in constant state of dirty/disrepair. Children access the pools without adults. The boiler has broken down at least twice a year for the 4+ years I've been here, so the hot water is come and go in winter, and it often floods the parking lot. There are constant water leaks, busted sprinklers shoot into the sky. We have sinkholes forming under walkways. Vagrants have stolen my groceries directly out of the truck of my delivery driver. This place is all around bad. It looks alright from across the street, but if you move into one of these apartments, if your not a trash human, you will not enjoy living here. Management doesn't respond to resident concerns or maintenance requests in a timely fashion or at all. Neighbors leave garbage outside their doors on a regular basis. Roaches are in nearly every apartment. Porches are piled up with anything and everything. I am writing this review from a "burner" email because I fear retaliation from Management. The maintenance team is actually the best thing here, and they are at odds with new management. Terrible apartment complex. This is less a community and more of an asylum. Look elsewhere. I'll be moving ASAP.

  I moved in on the 31st of July and honestly 5 stars for Ashley! She made getting my apartment smooth and straightforward from day one. She walked me through every step, explained all the lease details so I actually understood them, and kept the entire process moving without any headaches. Ashley definitely knows what she’s doing she handles business like a boss, and honestly, she deserves a raise for making what's usually a stressful mess completely hassle free. Huge thanks to her for all the help!

  It was a fast and easy process it was so relaxing and everyone was so helpfull I would tell everyone to apply here if your looking for a place to live
