  I toured this property for a friend that is moving to the area. I told them to move on it quick!! The property is well maintained, quiet, beautiful, and great location!!! The staff is very nice and helpful. Of all the properties I looked it was the best value especially considering all the amenities.

  The property grounds were really well maintained, and the leasing consultant Austin was a joy to work with. Whitany was also extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I have lived at Ventura Vista apartments for a little over 6 years now. Overall, we've been very happy here. The location is excellent within minutes from Paradise Valley, Scottsdale Downtown Phoenix and Westgate. This is a quiet community and neighbors are mostly friendly. I feel very safe here. Ventura is an older complex and has it's share of maintenance issues, the staff responds to maintenance requests super quick. The property manager Whitney is the coolest 😎 as the maintenance man Antonio he makes sure that whatever needs to be fixed is done. Maintenance is very polite, friendly and professional. Front reception Austin is always professional, friendly, and makes sure all request & inquiries are fulfilled. The grounds are well manicured and there is a good vibe to this place.

  This makes my second year here, so far so good! The office employees are always very nice and very helpful, and the grass always stays green! I’ve had a nice time living here for my first apartment.

  Whitney and Austin are such a great team together and great individuals. Both have helped me greatly to come up with solutions to any problem I have come to them with.
