- BGBilly guisse1 day ago5.0Urban walk apartments is a great place to live and the area is incredible not far from old town and fashion square mall. The manager at this place name MICHELLE Is a wonderful and respectful person who will do everything to help you get an apartment and the maintenance crew are outstanding and they will fix your problems the same day, I recommend this place and please if you get into road blocks just ask Michelle for help just like she helped me so many times and I have been living there since 2021 , when I moved to different state and come back to Phoenix again, I knew Urban walk was my first choice.

I’m happy with the work Maintenance did. Quick and perfect. Good place to live as well. I recommend this Apartment Complex.

Leasing agent lives here and notices everything if she dont like you or sees things she’s picky about expect notices and on the 3rd notice she will knock on your door and have you sign a 10 day notice paper without explaining it. The amenities are not good! Gym door knob is difficult to open and gym equipment is broken. The pool goes up to 5ft and the pool furniture is old. Furniture by the trash has been there for 2 weeks. Roach infested as well. Plumbing issues.

As soon as they brought Jeanie and her crew in, it took a complete 180. I can finally say I’m proud of where we live and can finally feel comfortable having guest over!! It’s amazing the difference it makes when you have people who truly care about their residents!
