- TSTara Shay5 days ago1.0Lived here for two years. It was fairly clean, sometimes noisy but that is expected with the area. I am leaving a negative review because dealing with management from the beginning has been disorganized and a headache. It actually makes me viscerally anxious every time I think about it. In the beginning, they gave my parking spot to another resident (and I could have been towed), and my one saving grace was a random email from months prior of them confirming it. There were many mistakes made like that, that showed a level of disorganization that really hurt its residents. You can't trust anything they say verbally so please make sure you have everything in writing!! We moved out a year ago and just got a debt collection notification on a move out charge that we have proof we paid immediately A YEAR AGO. Also, it took them 8 months to get our security deposit back. I wanna cry. :/
