  Let me start by saying I typically don’t like to review apartments until I leave, but if I waited for this one, it would never come. For the first time in my life, I have renewed lease. Dina, Mary, Landon, Thomas and the entire maintenance staff have truly become like family. When I first moved here, I thought I would be lonely, but since the very first day, they have taken care of me as if I’m one of their own. I consistently tell my friends that I feel like a queen living here. It’s so nice that some of my friends have even reviewed the place with how living here. Dina and her staff have held me down through layoffs, a rough break up and many transitions with building my own business. They must do a personality test or something because I absolutely love all of my neighbors as well. If you’re looking for the downtown Phoenix, living single experience, choose here. You won’t regret it. & if you have an issue, bring it to Dina cause I promise it will get handled!

  I genuinely cannot begin to explain how much of a godsend Mary and Clodina have been. I’ve lived here for three years now, and have dealt with various problems with previous management and their disorganization. Clodina and Mary worked with me to ensure that I would have a better experience living here after I wanted to break my lease, and their promise of a better experience has not only been kept, but has exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful for their patience and kindness. Thank you so much for turning my experience here around and making this place feel like home again <3

  I’ve been living at The Rey since for a few months now, and my experience has been great so far. The common area is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very comfortable. The staff have been very friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication has also been reliable, which I appreciate. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living at The Rey and have had a positive experience since moving in.

  I've been living at The Rey and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience here. The staff is absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly friendly and approachable and never create any friction. If an issue ever does pop up, they always go out of their way to help and find a solution. It’s so reassuring to have a team that actually cares about the residents. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are always spotless. They hit that perfect sweet spot: not unnecessarily over-the-top, but definitely well-maintained and never run-down. At least they have exactly what I need so that's why I really love to living here. Overall, living here has been so satisfying, and I highly recommend this community!

  I have been living at these apartments for one year, and I have had a very positive experience. In addition to the excellent and convenient central location, the community is very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the management organizes a variety of monthly activities that provide great opportunities for residents to interact, connect, and build a strong sense of community.
