- SRShelly RatmanskyApr 8, 20255.0I've lived here for five and in that time they have worked hard at updating things the best they can. The property management company is new but very kind. The buding is from the 50's and has some issues that arise but the maintenance team is very quick to get things fixed the right way. Chris, Daniel, and Doug are an amazing maintenance team that always make sure to take care of any issues quickly.

Close to everything: Safeway food store is only a five minute walk sprouts is almost as close, Starbucks, Walgreens up the street + Staples & St. Joseph’s Hospital is 1/2 mile away as well as the light rail. Lyft transportation company surrounds the area usually you wait no more than five minutes. Also interstate 10 is 2 1/2 miles south interstate 17 is 2 miles west & Highway 51 is 3 miles east + you’re near(3 miles) from downtown Phoenix historical district. I find the staff very helpful and always smiling and responsive. Do a Google test of the area and you’ll see you’re surrounded by 30+ restaurants within a few square miles. :)
