  We have a fantastic team of maintenance and management! Communication on any changes (new trash company, pool cleaning, etc.) are are helpful and timely. Any issues I have are settled very quickly by the team.😀 The BEST thing is that Patricia started a monthly Friday BBQ for us. It's a wonderful way to get to meet neighbors and form new bonds. PLUS, we are so lucky to have Chris, who really loves to cook! I have found the best place for me, and recommend Phoenix whenever I can. You can contact me if you would like more details. Sabrina

  The property Manager Patricia was warm, kind, and very welcoming to me when I first arrived. I felt part of a community and really liked my apartment when I saw it. 😊

  Just renewed the lease for a second year. This place is amazing. As others have said, the sense of community here is genuine, special, and second to none. Chris, Daniel, and Doug are always kind, personable, funny, and helpful. They regularly go above and beyond for residents, and it never goes unnoticed. They’re the true rockstars of this place. Management, across both teams I’ve met since moving in, has been consistently kind, helpful and actively engaged with the community. (Thank-you Patricia! and Laura and Jeanie, if you ever see this!) John was right when he said this place is always getting upgrades. Just this week, I walked outside to see new foliage being planted throughout the courtyards and I can’t tell you how excited that made me. One of my favorite things about living here is that every apartment has its own orange tree out front. The overall commitment to greenery adds something really grounding and human to the atmosphere. It’s one of many small but meaningful details that make this place feel so welcoming and cozy. Some of the apartments have kept their vintage kitchens, and the maintenance team is committed to restoring them rather than replacing them. I love my oven and the mid-century charm of the kitchen and appliances. The fact that everything has been carefully repaired instead of replaced or left to fall apart shows a level of care I’ve never experienced anywhere else and that only just scratches the surface. I could go on and on about maintenance. The neighbors feel like family. Most of us know each other by name, and many residents have been here for over five years. I honestly can’t imagine leaving The Phoenix Apartments. I don’t know if anywhere else will ever come close to what’s been built here, whenever the time comes to move on.

  I've lived here for five and in that time they have worked hard at updating things the best they can. The property management company is new but very kind. The buding is from the 50's and has some issues that arise but the maintenance team is very quick to get things fixed the right way. Chris, Daniel, and Doug are an amazing maintenance team that always make sure to take care of any issues quickly.
