  After living here for almost 4 years, I have seen it all. Yes, the Google reviews are accurate, except for the 5-star reviews. Those are residents who were "Encouraged to give a 5-star rating" and received a gift basket as a thank-you from the front office. Cars speeding through the complex, aggressive dog breeds roaming at night, and weed/cigar-smoking in the common area/patio. All these were factors in my family's moving out. It was a threat to my family's health and safety.

  I love living here and I’m genuinely a happy tenant. This is a safe community, which is really important to me, and it gives me peace of mind day to day. The office staff has always been kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed anything, they’ve been responsive and willing to help. The maintenance team is excellent. Every request I’ve put in has been handled quickly, usually within a day, and everything is always done right the first time. I had a spider outside my apartment once and called the office. I spoke with Teagan, and within two days their pest control team came into my apartment and sprayed. That gave me real peace of mind because I hate bugs, and it made me feel like they truly take concerns seriously. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience living here. I feel comfortable, taken care of, and valued as a resident. The grounds are also very well maintained. You can tell the landscaping crew takes pride in what they do because they’re out there multiple times throughout the week keeping everything looking clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and well managed place to live.

  My son and I have lived at The Palisades for 2 years. Our experience here has been nothing but positive. Office staff, Kelly and Audri are amazing as are all the other wonderful ladies. The staff do a great job explaining things to me when I have questions. Recently Our keyless entry wouldn't allow us to get into our apartment. Office staff and maintenance were quick to respond and fix the problem. Jay and Brandon both from maintenance responded quickly and fixed our door. They explained what they were doing and made sure that all was well before they went on about their day. Both were very respectful, professional and efficient. I am at ease here knowing that maintenance is nearby to assist in emergencies. I wholeheartedly recommend The Palisades of Paradise Valley if you are looking for a place to call home. Our neighbors are friendly and kind and this community is a great place to live.
