  What a great complex! The staff in the leasing office is pleasant and Rob, the maintenance guy is so helpful and always prompt and professional. We love it here!

  Rob M. is an outstanding maintenance professional! Our AC went out over the weekend, and he immediately made sure we had portable AC units to keep us comfortable. He was proactive in contacting the warranty company to get the issue addressed as quickly as possible. The next day, when he noticed the work order hadn’t been completed, he didn’t just follow up with a call—he personally came by our unit to check on us. After we updated him on what happened with the HVAC technician the night before, he took action right away, made the necessary calls, and had someone out within just a few hours. Rob also followed through on his word and stopped by later that day to ensure everything had been fully resolved. We truly appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail. It’s the small gestures like this that show the company we’re renting from genuinely cares about its residents.

  Absolutely unacceptable. Every single time you enter the building, you have to stop at the entrance and use an app just to get in. It’s inconvenient, inefficient, and feels like a poorly designed system. When there was an issue with the access sticker, management simply blamed their outsourced IT company instead of taking responsibility or fixing the problem. It’s been over two months, and the issue is still not resolved. No follow-up, no urgency, no customer service. For nearly 3k a month, there are plenty of apartments nearby with far better management and a much smoother resident experience. I would not recommend living here.

  We moved to The Hillburn from out of state without seeing the property in person, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Leasing made everything easy and stress-free during a big transition for us. Luca in the office has always been incredibly professional, responsive, and available to address any questions or concerns. Rob in maintenance has also been outstanding — very responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to address any issues promptly. The units are spacious, and the neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Overall, we’ve had a great experience thus far living here and would definitely recommend The Hillburn to others.

  Rob is absolutely amazing!!!! Every time we see him, he just brings such a great vibe and a warm friendly presence, my children and I know we definitely found the perfect place to come home. He came in and was efficient got things done so Quickly. We’ve only been here for a couple of weeks but when we think about the community, we think about Rob and his friendliness thanks for always making us feel so welcome! 💖
