  We moved to The Hillburn from out of state without seeing the property in person, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Leasing made everything easy and stress-free during a big transition for us. Luca in the office has always been incredibly professional, responsive, and available to address any questions or concerns. Rob in maintenance has also been outstanding — very responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to address any issues promptly. The units are spacious, and the neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Overall, we’ve had a great experience thus far living here and would definitely recommend The Hillburn to others.

  Rob is absolutely amazing!!!! Every time we see him, he just brings such a great vibe and a warm friendly presence, my children and I know we definitely found the perfect place to come home. He came in and was efficient got things done so Quickly. We’ve only been here for a couple of weeks but when we think about the community, we think about Rob and his friendliness thanks for always making us feel so welcome! 💖

  Rob was amazing during an after-hours emergency for our family. He responded quickly, kept us updated, stayed until everything was fixed, and really cared about getting the issue resolved the right way. Super professional and a pleasure to work with. We’re really thankful for his help. Highly satisfied resident!

  Our leasing consultant Chelsea was amazing! We had stopped by to see if the Hillburn was our next home and she welcomed us in! She was helping so many people at once with grace and attention. When our appointment time came she made sure to answer every question we had about the community and made the application process enjoyable and smooth. Thank you Chelsea!! 😊
