People blast their car radio all hours of the night not carrying about people trying to sleep. Office staff never answer the phone, nor return calls. I've been here 2 days and already called the police for noise complaint.

I actually lived here back when it was managed by RPM Living, and rent was around $800—so it’ll always have a little nostalgic place in my heart. It was my starter apartment, and honestly, I find myself missing it more often than not. I lived toward the back, and it was pretty quiet..nothing really went on around my building. I was there for about 2.5 years before they started pushing renovations on the classic units, which meant people either had to move out or transfer. That’s also when management shifted to Asset Living. I even offered to stay during renovations since mine would’ve been minimal.. just cabinets and countertops since I already had updated flooring—but that wasn’t an option. One thing I really loved was the space outside my front door—a huge grass field that made it feel open and peaceful. I did hear about things happening in other parts of the complex, but in my experience, if you kept to yourself and minded your business, you were fine. My neighbors were great, super friendly, and the layout of the one-bedroom units was honestly one of my favorites. The full-size washer and dryer inside the walk-in closet? So convenient. And I loved that you could access the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room—it just made the whole place feel more open. Overall, it was a really good experience for me, especially at that stage in my life.

At first thought i had done something wrong that prevented the air conditioning to work properly but as it turns out it wasn't anything anyone in home did. It was fixed and addressed right away. Thank you we staying Cool.
