  I’m honestly just writing to say what a great addition Marisol has been to the leasing staff. Whenever I have even so much as a maintenance request she’ll email personally to let me know they’re on it. She went out of her way to get me a 3 month lease extension and has drastically improved the relationship between Daisy and I. Daisy and I didn’t see eye to eye as I felt like she could be incredibly dismissive at times. (I no longer feel that and appreciate us being able to both be adults without any weird hard feelings. Daisy has been nothing but complimentary of how I maintain my unit during inspections and I greatly appreciate that.) All in all, I love my unit & feel lucky that all my neighbors are very neighborly. I don’t have roaches but we nipped that in the bud within the first few months of me being here. (I do not play about roaches! 😂) The pest control kid is awesome and the treatments work if you actually keep your unit clean. (At least on the second floor.) The amenities are what they are. No frills but I appreciate the jacuzzi and the gym. The equipment has been stolen / broken over the years and they haven’t replaced it so cardio and basic weights is what you’re going to get but honestly it’s fine lol. Only giving it 3 stars because of the safety factor. As someone else mentioned the gates work for about a week and then they’re left wide open. (Currently broken as we speak but I’ve stopped complaining about it. lol) I’ve had some pretty scary stuff happen to me while living here that I’ve reported and don’t feel like those matters are taken very seriously but the local PD is great and they will come out. The area is convenient so if I were looking to rent, I’d rent here again. I think 3/5 is average and for the neighborhood it’s been worth it for me.

  I love this place. I lived here for 4 years. The ladies in the office are so sweet and amazing. Susie, Daisy, and Marisol. The maintenance team is very fast and they are amazing guys. Everyone thats works at this complex works extremely hard at their job and care about the residents.

  This place is a complete disaster front desk is very rude and unprofessional they basically laugh in ur face if you need help, when you put in work orders it takes them a month to come look at ur unit the apartments have so many roach problems even after going to the office and telling them they still didn’t care nor have they called pest control the outdoor grills never work the pools are dirty the gym is disgustingly dirty and once again the office ladies are so rude and dismissive so I would not recommend living in these apartments unless you like living with roaches and other insects.

  Extortionists charging several times more than the value of this property, no matter how much they claim they are "matching surrounding standards". Disgusting out of date apartments they will charge you fees for on previous owner damage. No maintenance. Any broken appliance will be replaced with another broken one. Forced "smart" locks that do not work. "Security" gates they cannot manage to keep functional for more than a week. Overpriced. No parking. Rampant vehicle vandalism. Mail never delivered. Office will claim this must be a one off problem, it is not. Management here is nonexistent and is in place to squeeze every dollar out of you possible. You'd be better off living out of your car.

  Everyone here is great — the community is awesome, the staff and maintenance are on top of every request, and listen... **THERE ARE NO ROACHES.** I know, I know. Take a moment. In this economy? Zero roaches. They don't play around either — spot *one* suspicious antenna and it's full Terminator mode, all hands on deck, like they're defusing a bomb. Honestly kind of inspiring.
