  They need to keep a close watch on their maintenance man. He does a lot of staring and watching to where me and some of the other residents had to come together to see if we were all experiencing the same thing. He makes us feel uncomfortable and a few tenants have moved because of this reason. His job is to fix things, I applied for the position so I know what the duties an responsibilities are. He does more watching than security. These apartments are nice but their maintenance man who fixes things an who also enters our apartments ruins your stay. It no longer feels like home. It feels like a facility. Who wants to continue to deal with that. Paying to live uncomfortably watched.

  My son has run into a few issues while living at Sterling Point Apartments, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the leasing team for the way they handled everything. Maria, Maggy, and Michelle have always been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whenever concerns came up, they took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and work toward a solution. It’s clear that they truly care about their residents and take pride in what they do. I also want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team. They are responsive, respectful, and work hard every day to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. Their dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed. Another thing that stands out about Sterling Point is the effort the staff puts into creating a sense of community. Maria, Maggy, Michelle, and the rest of the team regularly organize resident events and activities that bring neighbors together and make living here more enjoyable. These events show that they care about more than just the property—they care about the people who call Sterling Point home. No apartment community is perfect, but having a team that listens, cares, and works hard to make things right makes all the difference. Thank you to Maria, Maggy, Michelle, and the maintenance team for everything you do. Your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to residents are truly appreciated.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Maria, Maggy, and Michelle in the leasing office at Sterling Point Apartments. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their excellent customer service makes residents feel welcomed and valued. I also want to recognize the maintenance team for doing an amazing job. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always make sure issues are taken care of properly. The entire staff works hard to make Sterling Point a great place to live, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you all for everything you do!

  They never answer the phone, we have a list of more than 12 things that need to be fixed in our apartment and no one gives the follow-up to that. Today we had a man knocking our door very hard and when we tried to contact the rental office, straight to the voicemail. This is insane!
