  I’ve lived here since 2020 and there has been at least 4 management changes if not more. I’ve never had any problems with any of them. But the apartment that I’m in has termites and I’ve had to have treatment several times . The dog park is right behind my building but tenants continue to allow the dogs to poop in the grass right where I live Oh and someone always seem to step in it and track it on the sidewalk where everyone has to walk to get to there cars. I’ve reported it several times but nothing is ever done about it.

  Great Community and Amazing Team! Sterling Point Apartments is a great place to live. The entire team works hard to make sure residents are taken care of and that the community is kept welcoming and comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed The maintenance team is amazing and works very hard to address work orders and keep everything running smoothly. They are dependable, hardworking, and do a great job taking care of the property. Overall, you can really tell that the team cares about the community and the residents. I would definitely recommend Sterling Point Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

  They need to keep a close watch on their maintenance man. He does a lot of staring and watching to where me and some of the other residents had to come together to see if we were all experiencing the same thing. He makes us feel uncomfortable and a few tenants have moved because of this reason. His job is to fix things, I applied for the position so I know what the duties an responsibilities are. He does more watching than security. These apartments are nice but their maintenance man who fixes things an who also enters our apartments ruins your stay. It no longer feels like home. It feels like a facility. Who wants to continue to deal with that. Paying to live uncomfortably watched.
