If I could rate them a 0 out of 5 stars I will, the staff specifically Maria if that’s her name the one who is the manger now she was incredibly unprofessional, the apartment I moved into already had problems within the next day I requested to break my lease because not only did it have on going issues there’s also roaches, I repeat! There one bed room apartment has ROACHES!! They didn’t even try to spray it even ask if Iam okay I came to them and was just his with a very unwelcoming and mean Demeter Iam not sure wha has happened because the previous staff use to be caring and understanding, these new ones are mean not ever one but just that manager after I came to her with my issues about eveything that was wrong she denied me and then began to Micro bully me as if I could not afford something nice they had, ( I make over 5k a month) She began to lie to me saying there was nothing I can do and I would be force to stay here for 60 days and pay 3 times the rent. That was outlandish instead of helping your resident she was just mean I have Katsaridaphobia which is a extreme fear of roaches I pray that my doctor note could be enough to free me from a place I can’t even live in.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved to Sterling Pointe because years ago my grandmother lived here and I was looking for a GOOD, first time renting experience. Boy was me and my family in for a whirlwind. First off, they say we moved in and saw our apartment there was a dirty pamper on the balcony…. And I said something about it and the agent LEFT IT THERE. Okay? Cool. Next thing is literally three days later upon moving in I GET MY WHOLE TIRE STOLEN, and placed on BRICKS. When I was trying to take my children to their grandma and go to work. THEN come the host of maintenance issues that sometimes took months to resolve, the water heater being broken, the tub faucet being stuck on, the low water pressure after the replacement of the water heater, the pest control you pay for but never receive. Next, the fact they lack BASIC communication. Never was notified about Management switch, had to go to the office, saw a sign and had to INQUIRE. We didn’t receive a notice of change until 4 months after they already claimed management. There was no reward for previous tenants with that switch, but there was plenty of incentive for people who are new moving in. That’s why there is a flood of 5 star reviews. This company also didn’t notify me of the end of my lease and when I went to the office to talk to converse about why I haven’t received anything, Maggie informed me that they were behind and were not penalizing tenants because they were backed up. After addressing all my concerns i reiterated that I was moving out and I sent that documentation to the office. Now fast forward to now and they are trying to give me a 3k surcharge for breaking contract and also trying to charge for Paint & Cleaning that was started by original Leasing agent would be covered with deposit money. This is not a place you want to live and please do not put yourself through the hardship. These people have already shown they are money hungry. And I will be posting this review again should it be deleted.

I’ve had a really great experience living at Sterling Point Apartments! The location is super convenient with easy access to the freeway and nearby shopping, which makes everyday life a lot easier.
One of the best parts has been the staff—Maggie and Maria were especially helpful throughout the process. They were friendly, professional, and made everything smooth from start to finish. It really made a difference feeling welcomed and taken care of.
The apartments are spacious for the price, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. I’d definitely recommend Sterling Point to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to call home!

I lived here for 2 years and here's what I have to say! Let's start from the beginning shall we. I had applied and paid online! Heard nothing for a week and when I call got an automated message. I had to go in-person to find out they had a change in management. (Which changed 3 more times) Not only that's but I never got my lease to sign until day of move in! I necer got a proper lease until my second year. Couldn't pay online for over a year. I complained to the office and was told they would send me one through email which i never got. I had to go inperson and complain to find out I wasnt even in their system! A whole year! I also had to tell them I had a dog as they never entered her into their system even when I paid pet fees and send her info multiple times!
Second- The property
If you want somewhere clean and pest free I wouldn't come here. Dog shit everywhere especially in the back of the community! You can barely walk in the rock/grass without stepping in dog poop, i wish I was joking but even if you picked up your dogs poop. There was no where to throw it. Dog stations filled to the top spilling out. No bags ever. Dont even get me started with the playground and Dog park! Glass all in the sand in the playground and the dog park always has poop and ants! The walls and sealing in the hallways literally falling off with large holes for bugs the get into the building. Which made it hard to keep the roaches out!! Yes roaches for 2 years! No matter what we did!
Our unit-
Walking in we intently knew the unit was turn fast! Hair and bugs painted into the walls! There was a slapped dead spider on my windows! In my secondary bedroom a giant dead roaches sat there for 6 months as there was no way to get him out! The floor in the right corner had a whole that they cut out due to water damage thats happen with the previous tenets. Just left a giant hole and covered it with carpet. Had no idea until i tried set up my nursery and fell in. Third floor patios have no drainage so when it rains it floods. There was roaches and carpet beetles everywhere no matter how clean we kept it!
I think the worse part was having to bring my new born baby into this home as we had no where to go.
Parking- There is little too no parking at night! Plus people breaking to cars constantly! Everything is first come first serve which can be a bless and a curse. Cars a left abandoned for mo ths before management will do anything. But they'll tag and tow your car no problem. ( Happen to me when i need to pick my son up!). Had no way to get it back until the next day as they were closed.
Homeless problem-
Homeless people get in all the time. Literally had a homeless guy that was obviously on something but management did nothing about it. Also had a guy sleeping in a mattress in the dumpster area and had to be warned by another tenant and was told he was dangerous as he held a knife at night. Again nothing changed until the garbage truck took it away. They always break the fence so they can get in. People willing tell you not to walk on your own at night as theres creepers around.
