  !!!!!READ BEFORE SIGING ANYTHING!!!!!!!! Lived at these apartments for the last 4 years. I’m not even sure where to begin, but i’ll start by saying if you enjoy cockroaches, bed bugs, dog feces EVERYWHERE outside all the time, rude & unhelpful staff, and abysmal maintenance, this is the place for you! No matter how clean we keep our apartment, we CANNOT keep bugs away. Cockroaches crawling in through the drains, and around on the ground outside while walking around at night. My bestfriend moved into an apartment here and 12 hours later her stuff was INFESTED with bed bugs. The maintenance men enter without knocking, and get angry when you are unprepared for them to enter. they also fix everything incredibly shoddily, and would rather fix it crappy 10 times over than do it right the first time. the maintenance men also smoke cigarettes and flick them wherever, and pee behind the dumpster areas when they think no one can see. The water to the building is shut off at least 6-10 times a year, often with no prior warning. What makes all of this 1000x worse, is the attitude of the people who work here. The girls in the front office are NEVER happy to help, in person or over the phone. Disgusting attitudes, and same goes for everyone I’ve ever spoken too on the phone for the accounting center. They are super kind when showing you the property, and once you live here they don’t care that it’s an absolute disgusting slum. Please, if you have read this far and you have absolutely ANY other options for living, chose elsewhere. This place should be 2 spaces under your absolute last resort for a place to live. I feel thankful everyday to be out of this place.

  A heads up to Management. If a person reads your 1 star reviews and they're from out of state There is no way they'll ever rent , no matter how nice your picts are . And if my car was registered and I paid the fees and if I was towed . Your cars would dissappear. Raw sewage seeping from ground would be reported

  Do not move here. Fair warning. The parking lot is a Hotspot for vandalism. The maintenance act careless and will leave your door open while working on your place so secure your pets. They have flagged my car for towing wrongfully ( had to get a anoying sticker off that stayed for weeks. There are duplicate numbers so your mail can get occasionally mixed up. They put a bright ugly green marketplace sign with only 3 expensive vending machines and the buses out here if you comute is a hour late every schedule on bell. Just yesterday they pumped the side walks full of sewege and they do this quite often and then proceed to blame the residents. I just got a warning to not put kitty litter down the drain. I have been a lumper and warehouse worker most of my life I know what that dose to water why would anyone in there right mind do that. How do they know it was me? They guessed. The AC vent completely crashed down the other day cause of a crumbling ceiling. There is also a roach issue. I see they get good reviews when you first come in but if you wind up having an issue good luck. So unless you want to battle a raising rent and live in this place, they are building new luxury ones that I am sure will fit for a better family and constant living situation for more just across the way. Please weigh your options I have been here a year and so far its been confusing to get problems resolved and frustrating getting unessasry ones in the first place. Please consider all reviews but note that the negative ones have the most votes and similar problems vs the good that just say they received a good welcoming. So did I but you have to live somewhere a little bit to know what's going on.
