  I had a great experience touring here. Izayeh, Jordan, and Teddy were all super helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They answered all my questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and providing great customer service. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for an apartment!

  Zero stars for sure! These apartments are a literal JOKE! Lived here 2 1/2 years, happiest ever to be out! Maintenance? USELESS!!!! they don’t fix anything, it’s more a bandage something temporary then you’ll have to put in another order for them to come fix THE SAME THING that should have been properly fixed the first time, on top of that they take FOREVER to get to the work orders🤦🏻 our ac went out? It was already almost 100 degrees outside so you can only imagine how hot it was getting inside, put in emergency work order nope nothing not till 2 days later, WE HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT AND BUY A PORTABLE AC CAUSE WE HAVE A 3 year old🤦🏻 Office staff? Never answer phones and don’t know how to answer any questions or concerns you have at all, they beat around the bush like crazy 😂 Homeless people walking around, random people that live in there cars parking overnight, people trying to break into cars and apartments 🤦🏻 Yeah they are all great and nice when trying to get in, but once your in your done for. take me serious or not that’s on you! I just wish it could have stayed as good as it was when we were moving in!

  I’ve been living here for almost 4 years now and the only thing that’s absolutely awful here is the parking situation. It’s almost impossible to find any space to park a second vehicle everyday, sometimes I feel like I can’t leave my apartment or I’ll lose my parking spot. I have to park on the complete other side of the complex at night if I want to find an open parking spot and walk all the way across late at night. Got my car towed this morning I got home from work after midnight and of course no where to park. I had to leave for work at 6am so I thought I could park in the fitness center parking spot before it even opens and be gone by 6am but of course my cars towed. Now I have to pay $200 to get my car out for parking when the fitness center isn’t even open. They’re so heartless here so quick to tow a car they genuinely don’t care about the residents. Guess I’ll park my car on the other side of the complex and walk home after midnight thanks Sonoran flats you guys are the best
