  DO NOT RENT HERE Constant issues with the Apartment, ACs go down at least once a month. The pool hasn't been working in a few months mind you it's Summer. My apartment is currently 90° and I submitted an emergency request to get someone out here to Fix the AC last night when it stopped working and they said they would get someone here first thing in the morning its 8:30 and its 90 DEGREES and RISING. Not to mention when they came to fix my sink it took three times of them coming and three separate requests to fix the sink once.

  Jesus helped me out so much with fixing things in my apartment. He was genuinely kind, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked very efficiently. He made sure everything was done correctly, and I really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you, Jesus!

  Move in was as seamless as can be. Giving it a 4 because the towel rack is very poorly put on in our bathroom and snapped off immediately and we also started the night off with a leak under the sink. The freezer temperature knob also doesn’t work. If it weren’t for the good square footage and price, I would give a 2 to be perfectly honest. Those things should have been fixed before we got there.

  A special shout out to Irene and the ladies that helped me throughout the move in process. Irene was always there with any questions or concerns. It is so quiet and peaceful. I hope it continues to be that way throughout my entire time here. I put in some work orders and they seem to be working to get them done!

  I would not recommend renting at this apartment complex based on my experience. I met with the property manager on July 31 to discuss my lease concerns. When I arrived, she did not even look me in the eyes and I felt very dismissed. She walked in and ignored me for about 10 minutes and did not bother to ask why I was there, instead telling me I had already talked to everyone there without inquiring about my reason for being there. I was trying to explain why I believed my notice had been given before the lease was fully signed, but I felt I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to explain my situation. During the conversation, I felt repeatedly interrupted, the property manager raised her hand, snapped her fingers at me, and told me she had a doctor’s appointment and didn’t know what I wanted her to do. I left feeling disrespected and that my concerns were dismissed instead of being addressed professionally. If you’re looking for a place where management communicates respectfully and takes the time to listen, this was not my experience.
