  The maintenance operation at this complex is a complete disaster, defined by structural neglect and a total lack of professional standards. During my observations, I witnessed active termite tunnels in several garages that were dismissively labeled as "old," despite appearing fresh. The facilities are in shambles; the shop is disorganized and filthy, lacking even a basic first-aid kit, a clean sink, or essential power tools for the staff. Furthermore, storage garages are being used to hoard broken appliances dating back to 2007 and "trash" furniture pulled from dumpsters, creating a dilapidated aesthetic. The units themselves are clearly "slapped together" with zero pride in craftsmanship, reflecting a "bare minimum" approach that should deeply concern any prospective resident. The internal culture is equally toxic, driven by a "not my job" mentality and incompetent management that allegedly fails to pay vendor bills or provide necessary supplies. The senior lead technician is completely set in his ways, stubbornly refusing to adopt modern, efficient methods and creating a "my way or the highway" environment that stifles improvement. Between tenured staff passing the buck to the next guy and temporary workers sitting idle in units for hours, the property has become a circle of inefficiency where nothing actually gets fixed. Every negative review regarding the maintenance at Sage Apartments is 100% accurate—this place is an operational nightmare, and you should look elsewhere for a well-maintained home.

  I have lived in several different states and apartment complexes with different management companies. However, I have never experienced a leasing staff that are as kind, courteous, and professional as Lauren, Carmina, and Jessica. It’s also very evident that the management company makes an effort in maintaining the premises. My experience in general as a resident here thus far has been very positive!

  I was really hoping to not have to use the reviews as a source of getting someone in the office to get back to me but here we are.... I've lived at Sage Luxury Apartments for a year now. I've been trying to renew my lease for several weeks. Also trying to obtain a storage unit for several weeks now. Also would love to know how to access the pools as my key fob isn't working but absolutely zero response from anyone. It was NOT like this when I moved in.. Not sure what has changed in just a year? Now I'm second guessing renewing. Very sad. 5/18 - 2 WEEKS LATER - STILL CANT GET AN ANSWER. PUT ON HOLD FOR 20MINS. CALLED BACK. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. CALLED 3X. EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES. IM A RESIDENT WHO PAYS HER RENT AND ON TIME. WHY WOULD YOU NOT WANT TO HELP ME. IM DONE! WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!!

  Pay 1500+ dollars a month to not be able to use your essentials. They will rush you into renting and half ass everything. It will take several messages about approving them to enter, when they finally don’t use that as an excuse they just half ass fix it and have to come back 3 more times cus they don’t do it right or anything at all.
