We really enjoyed living at Sage Apartments over the past year. The community was beautiful, peaceful, and one of our favorite amenities was definitely the gym—it was a great space and something we used often. 🩷
The pool was always clean and fun to hang out at.
🌼 Throughout our time here, the staff was always courteous and professional.
I especially want to thank Carmina, Jessica, George, the maintenance team, and everyone who worked hard to keep the community running. Whenever we needed maintenance, they were responsive and always willing to help. 😊💕
We recently moved into a townhouse for our growing family, but we truly appreciated our time here and are grateful for the experience. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I would absolutely recommend Sage Luxury Apartments.
Thank you to everyone for making our year here a positive one. We wish the staff and the community nothing but the very best. 🫶🏾

Ridiculous expectations for renters for such low standards, less than the bare minimum. Signed a 6 month lease expecting to leave on the day the lease ended and be done. Realized my co-signer was still getting charged, called during business hours and got put to voicemail, left a voicemail with my callback number and of course they failed to respond back, called again today, finally got a leasing agent and she’s now telling me I had to sign a 60 day notice form which was not explained whatsoever at any point in my lease and isn’t even in the lease agreement form. I even called a week before my lease ended in May asking what I needed to do before I moved out, I was told over the phone all I had to do was return my key fob and I was set. Got all my stuff out and when I went to return my key fob to the office they were once again closed during business hours, so I left a voicemail explaining I left it on my counter, told them which apartment I lived in, my full name and phone number in case they needed anything else. All to be told 2 months later I will have to pay for another 2 months worth of rent for absolutely no reason. Ridiculously hard to get in contact with to be considered a “luxury” apartment complex. Issues started from day one. Also you’re not allowed to have a physical key so if the battery in your keypad goes out and you’re locked out, sucks for you!!! Learned that one my first day, I was lucky enough to still have someone there in the office but if they were closed I would’ve been locked out of my apartment. Made me download an app to unlock my door and turn the light fixtures on and off just for it to be absolutely useless. And it feels absurd to be told I have to pay 4 months of rent for an apartment I’m not even living in, horrible apartment complex, highly discourage anyone to choose living here, just a nightmare.

i just recently had someone close to me stay here for easier travel to school for 6 months. After the lease was up they moved out and returned the keys and everything was complete. As far as this person knew hands were dusted of this place. Come to find out months later their still getting charged rent after the lease was up and they had well been moved out. Now fortunately for them their family is not willing to think about any of this any further than just that and the hoops their making them jump through to close out said lease but i digress. But i thought id come on here to say this is the type of stuff going on. The wifi didnt work and again it was just too much of a hassle for tenant to get working while they lived there between school. When they first moved in the locks were dead, but connected to the phone, had to fix that one really. I really wouldnt be saying anything on their behalf but i experienced this first hand too. The rent thing was the last straw. Not to mention the highway noise, i think that one was obvious though. Just sharing the info as im glad ive seen this behavior before it happens to me.
