  Very unresponsive. Zero follow up on issues. Maintenance team is great, front desk team doesn’t care after you’ve been signed. Would not recommend this place. Good sales men, terrible at actually getting anything done after as far as the front office is concerned. Will update if on the ground conditions change. They hand out gift cards to bribe people to take negative reviews down or change them. Please be aware of this when you read reviews.

  AC unit noise issues in 4th floor. We have been here for two months and its getting louder and louder and especially at night with buzzing and wall vibration. Work order after work order and look like it will never be fix or a solution from management office.

  My package was successfully delivered to the mail room, and I provided the leasing office with sufficient proof, including the Proof of Delivery (POD) and photos showing the package upon delivery. I went to pick it up only about an hour after it was delivered, yet the package had already been stolen. Since then, I have visited the leasing office multiple times to ask for updates. Each time, I was given a different excuse for why they could not provide the CCTV footage. They have also failed to respond to my emails or provide any meaningful updates regarding the investigation. What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and accountability. When a resident reports a stolen package and provides clear evidence, management should take the matter seriously instead of avoiding communication and making excuses. The poor handling of this situation has completely undermined my confidence in the property’s management and security. I would not recommend living here if you expect professional management or proper support when issues arise.

  Tanya and Gabriel are amazing!! They helped me a lot throughout the tour process and answered all of my questions immediately. Their help made the leasing experience much quicker and smoother.
