RPM is a fantastic place. They are responsive, helpful and it’s an easy process to sign and renew a lease. They recently took over from the old property management company that I signed up with, and they’ve been nothing but nice to me. I’d recommend them wholeheartedly

Hello, I wanted to reach out and let you know the team really helped me out. My Ac went out and the warranty company took over a week to get this fixed. This team stepped up and helped negotiate with the landlord to issue a credit on my account. They went above and beyond.

DO NOT RENT FROM REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (RPM) IN AVONDALE. They will literally steal your security deposit regardless of how perfect you leave the house. We rented a property in Avondale through RPM for a two-year lease. We were model tenants: never a single late payment, never a single complaint, and we kept the home immaculate. Despite this, they fraudulently charged us over $2,000 upon move-out for allegedly "failing to care for trees." This is an outright lie. The property features a fully functioning, automatic irrigation system that watered the landscaping perfectly every single day. We have before and after photos proving the exterior was left in excellent condition.Trying to resolve this with them is impossible because they refuse to let you speak to a live person. Every single communication is handled through unprofessional, automated, or dismissive text messages. We are officially taking them to Maricopa County Small Claims Court under Arizona tenant law (A.R.S. § 33-1321) to fight for our money back, and we will file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Save yourself thousands of dollars and an immense headache. Do not trust this predatory company.

I have yet to move in to my apartment but my experience with this company has been mixed feelings for sure. I don't like that the phone number you call, bk ever answers and that's you have to deal with everything over a text. There were several times I wanted to speak with a live person and was told that was not possible. I did not like that. But everything worked out and I am happy to spart my lease with them and my new home. 🙂
