  Worst apartment complex don't be fooled by the fancy looking front office.This place is infested with all types of roaches. This place is NOT A GATED COMMUNITY Homeless are always getting in through the back side of the parking lot that's connected to the trial. I've come across of homeless in the elevator and laundry room doing drugs. The parking lot gets flooded when it rains good luck getting in your car. They have constant EMERGENCY water shut offs and after your water comes out murky. The automatic gates were always broken. The restroom doesn't have an evacuation system. I could write a whole book about how bad this place is. If you do decide to move in after the horrible reviews at least don't let them move you into apartments 3067 or 3069 a elderly man lives in 3068 his apartment smells horrible when you pass by and his door is open. He can't walk much so if you are his neighbor he will be asking for constant favors and money his kids don't go often to help him clean or get groceries. There is another guy who lives in the same building that I was In who would come out screaming at the top of his lungs complaining about everything, which is understandable but screaming to no one just looking up at the sky or around seemed a little odd. He would also bark like a dog really loud mimicking when other dogs would bark. I mentioned the two people above because they have told me they have lived at this apartment complex for years and it seems like that aren't moving out anytime soon.

  Watch out for nonsense charges that they refuse to refund. Do not use autopay on their payment portal, as it might not go through anyway. Not only can the management company not be trusted, but the residents will steal things out of your vehicle if you leave it unsecure. I was robbed of several hundred dollars because I made that mistake. So it's not just the leasing office that is trash, but the residents that live here. The gates are constantly broken, the soda machines were taken out, the gym is barely functional and the garbage people never come around. The water gets turned off without warning. Also, the posting for the apartment I was in is totally inaccurate, as you are put into the old style of apartments and not the new ones. False advertising much? Even when you decide to move out, they will tack on as many extra charges as possible and even a fee for not having renter's insurance even though you no longer live there!

  The staff are nice and they have a lot of pine trees that's about it.

  i lived at presidio for 2-3yrs in a 1X1 first floor which i loved ❤️ i never had any serious issues besides my a/c going out during the summer which they were on it!! i got a window a/c which kept my whole apartment cool believe it or not until the new a/c unit came in a! maintenance is definitely on it any work order i placed they were there by the end of the day if not then the next day the grounds are always clean the pool as well ….. i did start having roach issues my 2nd year in but nothing i couldn’t handle tbh but i was definitely grateful when they sprayed ALL UNITS ❤️❤️ my only complaint is the parking spaces being a little too small lol its just bc i own trucks i wish the washers were fullsize as well
