  Jim Murphy is the absolute best and totally change my perspective of realtors and landlords. Jim goes above and beyond with kindness and grace to make sure his tenants are safe, happy, and comfortable. I’ve never thought I’d ever experience such a great realtor! I’ve been a renter in AZ for 8 years and have always been neglected (even to the point where I didn’t have a furnace for 3 years in a place and shocking showers ect.) PMI AND JIM ARE ENTIRELY DIFFRRENT ANYTHING you have an issue with Jim is on top of. He is so understanding and has a great passion for what he does. If I can keep him as my realtor forever I will!!!! TRULY BLESSED

They found good renters, handled all administrative activities and made sure the property was well maintained.   Misleading and unresponsive: Turning our former home into a short term rental and was referred to PMI. Spent several months communicating with them but in the end the preliminary information they gave turned out to be very misleading regarding their fee structure and services provided. They claimed a lower than average management fee of 17% but once reading the fine print it's actual an additional 7% "guest fee" but comes out of the same pot of rental income so it's really 24%. Also, spent lots of time completing their paperwork, providing property photos, etc. Then as these questions clarifying fee structure were being asked, right as we were furnished, cleaned, and ready to list the property, they completely stopped responding despite multiple follow-ups. Then almost a month later I hear from them "so sorry for the late reply, we were too busy......" Misleading and a total waste of my time, ultimately delayed getting our property to market by several weeks.
