  I moved into PALMtower late December 2025 from Germany, and have been loving it! Angelica truly goes above & beyond for her residents, and it shows! Everyone here is so welcoming, the community, the leasing agents, maintenance, and cleaners. I am so happy I chose to live here. Thank you PALMtower!

  Great place to live at. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Specially Miguel and Giovanni. I’ve never had maintenance guys call me and follow to make sure the issues were resolved at any other place I’ve lived at, I thought that was really great. Jocelyn has also been exceptional since day one, she is always extremely helpful along with all the other Palm tower staff.

  I’ve been living at Palm Tower since December 2024, and it’s truly felt like home from day one — for both me and my dog 🐶 The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes such a difference day to day. Everyone is always kind, approachable, and genuinely seems to care about the residents here. A special shoutout to Miguel on the maintenance team — he has been my go-to since day one. He’s always super friendly, quick to respond, and takes care of any issues right away with so much attention and care. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s such a great feeling knowing you’re taken care of and living somewhere that feels comfortable and well-supported. Huge thanks to the whole Palm Tower team for making this such a great place to live!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I are very happy with our decision to move into Palm Tower. Our leasing agent was extremely helpful and offered to stay late multiple times to answer any questions. Angelica also took as much time as we needed answering questions and helping with our initial move in. I've lived in Phoenix for over 40 years and Palm Tower checks all of the 'living downtown' boxes. So many restaurants and little shops within a 15 min walk, including Dbacks and Suns games. The Farmers market at the Az Center every Saturday has also become a constant trip for us. The amenities are top notch and have met all expectations from our initial walkthroughs.

  my husband and I recently moved in and the first night our ac was having issues (the apartment was vacant for a while before so no biggie) and Giovanni showed up quick and fixed it right away and he was so polite. we heart palm tower <3
