  amber did an amazing job showing me around the community! she was so friendly, incredibly detailed, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. palmtower is such a beautiful property with one of the best gyms in downtown phoenix, an amazing pool area, and plenty of spaces to work remotely. bryce in the lobby was so welcoming as well, which made the experience even better. i highly recommend palmtower if you’re looking for an apartment in downtown phoenix. thank you, amber, for such a great tour and an even better experience!

  A male resident tried to aggressively follow me into my apartment, and management will side with male residents over female residents. I was told he “just didn’t know which apartment he lived in because he was new to the area.” I’ve never heard a bigger crock of BS. anything to get away from dealing with real issues, I guess. (A male resident followed after me to my door from the elevator where I had kindly said hello to him, I immediately sensed something strange that he was following me. quickly ran and locked my door, checked the peephole and he was waiting outside the door staring in. You tell me what you think, it seems to be up to women to protect themselves here in Arizona.) but I’m sure after months of living in the building, he just simply forgot where he lived. That’s a suitable excuse from management 😂 what an absolute joke. They actually seemed annoyed at me for reporting this 😂 The building has become trash over the past year. Trash everywhere, people fighting, homeless people getting loose in the lobby, security guards will just stare at you when something is happening. Many residents reporting broken AC. At least sometimes the pool is open. Edited to add that the garage is terrifying and the Internet that we pay $105 a month for goes out all the time so might as well pay for an extra Internet while you’re here like I have. Management, consider protecting women over making cheap excuses for literally everything.

  Make sure you call first and understand the “ workforce housing rules,” you can’t even rent apartments on their website listed as open unless you fall in a specific income bracket, and they do not come with concessions. Reminded me very much of the “ bait and switch “ tactics car dealerships use. If you know this ahead of time then it may be a great apartment, staff was nice.

  I’ve been living at Palm Tower for a bit now and honestly the staff here is fantastic. Our home here is clean and whenever something comes up they’re on it fast. Big shout out to Jovanni, Miguel, and Matthew, they’re always so quick to come check on things I have questions about or fix whatever’s going on, and they actually follow up too. For example, if I see them in the hallway they’ll ask how it’s going and remind me to just reach out if I need anything. It’s the little things honestly. Front desk has been awesome too, I’ve mostly worked with Bryce and Jocelynn, but everyone is amazing! Jocelynn showed me my apartment on my first day and has been so helpful ever since! Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone here, appreciate you guys!! If you’re looking to live here I would highly recommend it. Let them know I sent you! Mikayla S. sent you!

  We moved in a couple of months ago and everything has been great so far. The apartment is lovely and well-kept, the amenities are fantastic, and the management team has been great (and they regularly put on well-attended social events that make it feel like a real community). What really sets PalmTower apart is the maintenance team. Jovanni (who has been here since before the building opened!) and his crew take genuine pride in their work and are incredibly responsive. I couldn't have known this before I moved in, so I thought I'd share here. Highly recommend PalmTower!
