  I am a new resident at the Palazzo, and my experience so far has exceeded my expectations. The clean, comfortable lobby told me that I had found my new home on my first visit to the property....a clean, quiet, spacious one bedroom apartment with a view. The staff is accommodating and highly professional. Wonderful and interesting neighbors. A bistro with delicious food at a reasonable price...... very convenient! The bar is open from 2 to 7 pm daily with some tasty bar food. And, let's not forget the pool and the nicely stocked library. You will never be bored at the Palazzo, there's always something to do. And the location near grocery stores, restaurants, and abundant public transportation is a huge plus! Many long term residents here will be happy to agree with my enthusiasm for the Palazzo.

  I have lived in Better & lived in Worse..but I Love My Apt. Great Size, nicely played out..the Amenities are Lacking..but hey, Nothing is Perfect. Food is just shy of Ok.

  The place looks beautiful! It is a facade. What you cannot see when taking a tour is the plumbing not work properly, the smells of human waste coming out of some of the apartments, the power shutting down whenever the wind blows, the extremely poor "FREE" Wi-Fi provided which always drops, the lack of adequate maintenance support and no 24-hour oncall maintenance services, the lack of hot water (they tell you to run it for 15 minutes...we are in a water shortage - and it still doesn't get hot), and the ever present attitudes of some staff members when you have to keep complaining about issues that are never resolved, and I quote, "well, if you don't like it here, you can leave.". Sorry. DO YOUR JOB. FIX THE PLACE WE ARE PAYING FOR. A toilet should flush the first time, not the third or fourth. Stop ignoring the big problems hiding under freshly painted walls, new flooring, and a bar. SHAME ON THE OWNERS OF THIS FACILITY. You can report an issue, but it will never get fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
