Have a friend in memory care as they call it. Do not put your loved one here. Memory care patients are abused and treated terribly.
I've lived here for 8+ years, and seen many changes. Ever since the new management took over,it changed. We're being charged for extras, like taking out trash, laundry machines, and the food prices are higher. There are very few activities, and it's too quiet. I'm unhappy with the extra costs, and renters insurance requirements. There used to be many people living here, but a lot moved out. I'm concerned I will have to pay even more in the near future. Another issue,is that when I transferred to another apartment, the original rent costs were more than originally agreed upon.

I am once again so happy with Sarah & the office staff and Ryan with the maintenance team. They urgently fixed our air conditioner and provided a portable unit to use until completely finished. We have had nothing but positive experiences since moving in 6 months ago!

Christine Bates, at Palazzo, is an excellent leasing agent. She sought my requirements for an apartment and went the extra mile to satisfy them. She was especially helpful because I lived in another state and needed her to be my eyes on the ground. She was professional, courteous, and compassionate to name a few of her attributes. Victor, in Maintenace, knows his job and completes work orders promptly and completely. Palazzo is a great bargain. It has an Activities Coordinator and Palazzo produces a weekly activities flyer. The facilities are well maintained and managed.

As a resident of Palazzo Senior Apartments, I want to recognize Eugene Sarzoza for his professionalism and for the reliable, dependable service he provides as a maintenance technician. He is conscientious, takes initiative, and handles projects in a timely and satisfactory manner.
What stands out most is his follow-through—he makes sure the work is fully completed and that the tenant is satisfied. He also gives residents confidence that the issue will actually be handled, which brings real peace of mind in a senior community. His quality of work, attention to detail, and thoroughness reflect a strong work ethic and genuine pride in what he does.
Eugene approaches his work with a cheerful attitude, treats residents with respect, and clearly cares about both the people he serves and the positive example he sets within the Palazzo Senior Apartments community. It is clear that he does not just see maintenance as a task list, but as a responsibility to the people who live here. Just as importantly, he does not make residents feel like they are a burden, and that says a great deal about his character.
The quality of his work is evident, but his character is what leaves the lasting impression.
