Dustin and Rob were great and got back to me in a timely manner for any questions or maintenance issues I had. Honestly, when it comes to living in a rental community, there’s not much more I could ask for.

When I applied I had everything ready I had to go back to the office to drop off my tubs the lady I talk to told me to bring the rest tomorrow in a pdf form before i can even take the rest up there I got a email saying I did not get approved because I didn't make enough money which is not true I make way more than enough and nobody from the office reached out to me plus when I went back up there felt like black people was not welcome im a black woman that makes good money and I thought I deserve a beautiful place for me and my kids guess not
