Having moved from an apartment nearby, Novella always caught our eye when driving by and walking through Arcadia. Ended up moving here very last minute, and the entire move in process was a positive experience. The property itself is amazing, and unlike any other housing we’ve seen in the Arcadia area - you can’t beat the location! The layout and finishes of the townhomes are amazing, and the pool/grill area is great too. Chris and Lexi in the leasing office have been so accommodating and helpful with anything and everything that is brought to them. Same goes for Rich on the maintenance team! If you’re looking for a new place in the Arcadia area that isn’t your typical “AZ style apartment” then I highly recommend you check out Novella... You won’t be disappointed!
