  My family loves Novella at Arcadia. We stumbled upon it in our rental search and haven’t looked back. The units have great layout (really like the attached garage!). You can’t beat the location. The units are nearly brand new and the staff is super responsive and helpful. The community itself is quiet and clean, and neighbors are friendly plus you can pick your own citrus right from the trees in the common area. I can only say great things about this place and highly recommend it.

  We loved living at Novella! The layout of the home was spacious and the finishes were exquisite! We ended up being great friends with our neighbors and did not have any issues with noise, even more-so, it was an extremely quiet location in the neighborhood as a whole. Management always responded quickly when we needed assistance and have been consistently helpful when we needed maintenance or assistance. I would definitely recommend living here!

  We fell in love with Novella during our first tour. It was perfect for us. It’s quiet, modern, brand new and so spacious! We chose the 3 level model. Since moving in there have been no complaints. There’s still a little construction going on but it seems to almost be done. The staff here is also extremely friendly.
