  my wife and i recently just extended our lease after our first year, first and foremost because we love the property itself, the neighborhood, and the floor plan of our unit. but also in large part because erica (community manager) and omar (service manager) have been great resources to us whenever we have questions or maintenance requests. fortunately issues don't arise very often, but when they do (big or small), erica and omar are very courteous and helpful in getting things resolved for us. and that extends to any 3rd party vendor they've vetted and brought on site to work in our home -- always respectful and professional. i've rented at many properties over the years, and as any renter knows, nothing is ever 100% as advertised, and issues do come up here and there; the important thing is how your property manager listens and responds to you, and thus far we've been very satisfied with erica, omar, and the rest of the staff at novella.

  Terrible management. Updated may 13. 5 out of the reviews on here, all of the reviews with 5 stars have been written by the ownership or builders. The most recent written by Rebecca, who is in charge of running the property. STAY AWAY FROM ALLIANCE RESIDENTIAL! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! this property has lied and been a joke since I moved in day 1.
