  I've been living here for the last 8 years and it's a wonderful place to call home. The office staff are excellent, friendly and always greet you with a smile. The maintenance staff also great and willing to keep the complex enjoyable. The location is perfect too have North Mountain Preserve right across the street, shopping and local establishments in walking distance plus freeways are short five minute drive. Keep up he great work!

  I must give a special thank you to Alonzo The repair guy. For how quickly he resolved the problem, how professional he was, and most of all caring. Our AC went out When I left to go to work, when I came home the apartment was hotter than it was outside. I called the emergency maintenance line around 2:00 in the morning, he replied back within minutes. He knew how urgent it was knowing I had a newborn in the apartment. He came and installed a temporary AC and return first thing in the morning to fix the AC. My AC is blowing ice cold air and my family owes it all to Alonzo. Thank you so much for your immediate response.

  I would given it a 4 stars probably, very nice complex, well located, with a very nice landscape, nice inside apartments, but…., they changed the administration while living there, and since then things have changed. I lived for three years, always with a great interaction with the office and the maintenance people; but the last year since the new administration took over the office people are rude, unprofessional and extremely aggressive with the tenants, it’s like living with the enemy, instead of trying to help you as their customer, bc you are the one paying rent, it’s like they enjoy mistreating you. And the cleanliness basically of the laundry room has changed for very good to horrible. Maybe some upgrade in customer service will benefit the complex, that again is very nice. PS oh! Im the tenant from apartment 247, the one that has been harassed the last month of my stay with fake inspections, and now is being robbed with a lot of fake fees, all this because one the incompetent rude ladies at the office I guess didn’t like me. This is my worst experience with an apartment office after more than 25 years renting. If whoever responded to my review is the real owner should reconsider Pelican management, because since they took over this building everything changed for the worst. I had a wonderful relationship with the previous office people, and the building was way better managed. As a simple instance I’m going to share a couple of videos regarding the disregard for the tenants, the water coming out of sprinkler (that I kindly told the office immediately and they did nothing about it) was there for at least a couple of weeks. Oh and btw, that happened every for at least 10 days at 2, 3 in the morning, and yeah, that was my car.
