The very same day of signing we had to come out of pocket an additional $2,300 last minute to record or we would’ve lost the home and all our invested money, Thankfully we had an additional 20% to put towards closing costs or we would’ve lost EVERYTHING thanks to this establishment. They raised fees and never notified us of the changes we only found out while signing and we were told by the title company. The mortgage brother didn’t even have the decency to let us know themselves they just waited until we closed then blocked me from communication…. Unless you come from MONEY and like giving it away don’t use this team to buy a house YOU’LL ONLY BE ROBBING YOURSELF.
