  My husband and I went to get information and possibly tour Apts on Saturday 5/16/2026. One gentleman was assisting another couple at the main desk. Another was at the window looking out at a vehicle trying to do something with the remote key. He then asked us what did we come for while still looking out the window, I informed him to get information regarding their Apts. He then asked what information did we want to get, as if getting information is not the same. He then guided us to the back desk, then turned to the window still pointing the remote and informed us that we were not able to take a tour due to the time. We understood that being that he did not seem interested in assisting us we said forget it and decided to leave. He then decided to tell us the best time to tour is noon, seems crazy when they open at 9 a.m. Due to his unprofessionalism and unenthusiasm we will not be returning and have removed Lumara as a prospect of our further home. We had previously went last yr and had a much nicer greeting and encounter with several young ladies, we decided to postpone until now. Being that my husband kept Lumara as his first choice due to having a resort style feel we decided to go back. Our encounter yesterday felt very uncomfortable and lack of professionalism. We will not recommend Lumara to anyone we know!

  Constant loud music in the common area is very frustrating when you try to focus on your day. Especially the windows are not sound proof so all the noise in the pool area can easily ruin your day. This apartment might work for people that love to party, but not for folks who want a peaceful life.

  First off, the staff? PHENOMENAL!!! If you’ve ever lived somewhere without good staff you know that they can literally make or break your experience as a resident. The people at Lumara did excellent with developing an outstanding team of professionals that are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Aiden is the main person I’ve mostly dealt with since before I even moved here and I cannot say enough good things about him. He’s on his A game every single time I have ever had a question. I feel really valued and that means a lot. Then there’s the amenities and cleanliness. Lumara is better than living at a five star luxury resort. I couldn’t be happier; the amenities are so luxurious and everything is kept perfectly clean, in excellent working condition, etc. The gym is so versatile and clean that I might cancel my actual gym membership. The pool is always clean and the surrounding pool area is always perfect too. The extra amenities like golf simulator is so impressive especially when I have friends or family over. They love all the fun things we have to do when they visit! All of the community is aesthetically pleasing. Whoever designed everything knew what they were doing. The landscaping is immaculate ,the interior buildings like the hallways, elevators, literally just everything feels so high-end. I’m really happy I chose Lumara over any other place I was considering. I also really enjoy the other community members. I haven’t met or seen anyone who is not pleasant and respectful to deal with. It’s great to have nice people around and see smiling faces every day! I feel like everyone here is all about keeping the community nice and being respectful neighbors to each other. I wouldn’t change a thing about this community. I genuinely picture myself living here for as long as possible. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful apartment, a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing place to call home, super cool endives to enjoy , nice outdoor areas, beautiful pools to cool off on a hot day or chill in the evening, plus a leasing office with professional/kind workers willing to do their job and keep the residents happy. (I actually forgot to even mention how much I love my actual apartment, but it’s everything I could possibly want and I get so many compliments on how spacious and nice it is!) Anyways, 10++++ out of 10! So very happy to live in such an amazing place!!!! If you’re on the fence, I’m telling you - rent here, you will not be sorry about how good life feels living here.

  The management team at Lumara is the best I've encountered and truly makes this complex a community. From day one, the staff has been excellent, professional, and genuinely caring. It's evident they take pride in creating a positive and personalized living environment for residents. I especially want to shout out Amanda and Aiden for being so incredibly helpful and happy to help. Both of them have gone out of their way to make my living experience within the community exceptional. They are approachable, very personable, and truly care about helping residents however they can. I’ve had a couple of small needs come up, and each time they handled them with urgency and made me feel like a priority. It’s rare to find a team that responds so quickly while still being warm and personable, but Ananda and Aiden consistently do exactly that. Thank you both for being so great at what you do and for always going the extra mile. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with top-tier management and a high-end experience!

  I want to take the time and say thank you to Mishna for not only helping us with the moving process but also being consistent with helping us with anything we might have needed through the months of us staying here. I love everything about the these apartments and the people who run them so once again thank you lumara team for making home feel like home🫶
