  Office staff are professional, accommodating and did not mind taking time to explain every aspect of the move-in to the apartment complex itself and put themselves in a position to help no matter the questions or need. Overall I had a great experience.

  Jabril was an excellent help with our apartment and communicated very well. When a issue occurs and we let him know, he handles it immediately!

  Jabril from Maintenance is outstanding. The apartment complex as a whole is great, as well as all of the other staff members I’ve met, but Jabril definitely goes above and beyond for the residents here at Lore South Mountain. Even with him being left by himself to maintain the entire property he somehow finds a way to attend to all of the residents problems in a timely matter. I appreciate the effort he puts in, makes all the difference when living in a large complex such as this one.

  Jabril responded in a timely manner. He diagnosed the issue in about ten minutes. Then another guy attempted to fix it, but didn’t have the parts. I was given an understandable ETA, a portable a/c unit, and it was fixed completely on business today.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! Bride property management is a joke. Maintenance does not come when needed there are bugs and scorpions like crazy even though you pay for pest. The management is rude and they will hold your money that they owe you and claim that they can’t do anything about it. This place is a nightmare. They don’t care for the property. I had mold in the walls and they just wiped it and said I didn’t know what I was talking about. It was in the bathrooms and in the walls. They will take your money charge you an arm and a leg for nothing! This place is a joke and there are far better places to live than here.
