  I just wanted to start by saying that I have been living here at The LINQ for the past three years. During that time, we have experienced a few changes in management, but since Randi took over, she has done such a wonderful job accommodating the needs of the residents. Randi is always on top of everything and is constantly working to come up with a game plan to address any concerns that come up. She is extremely proactive and truly makes an effort to ensure that the residents are happy, heard, and taken care of. Her dedication and willingness to help have made such a positive impact on our community. I also want to recognize Matt, our maintenance technician, who has been nothing short of extraordinary! Anytime we have an issue with something breaking or needing to be replaced, we put in a maintenance request, and I kid you not—within 20 minutes, Matt is there to save the day and get it fixed! He is always polite, kind, professional, and respectful. I genuinely trust him in my home, which means a lot. Randi and Matt have made such a huge difference within this community. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to the residents truly do not go unnoticed. My family and I sincerely appreciate everything they have done and continue to do for our community. Thank you, Randi and Matt, for everything you do! You are both truly appreciated! ❤️

  My experience at the Linq @ South Mountain has been a 10 out of 10. Thank you Randi for your patience and great customer service. Shout out to your Maintenance person, Matt who is also patient! My AC needed adjusting on a Friday night and he came after hours within a half hour and fixed it. The last place AZ Elite property management that I rented from was the opposite taking 5 plus days! So thank you, you make a rental home feel like home!
